  Russ the maintenance director is awesome and goes above and beyond for the tenants on the property he is very professional and shows great concern I give him 5 stars alone. Angelica is part of the office staff she is a angel she helped guide me through my out of state move she is very caring and very knowledgeable she looks out for all the tenants and makes sure all there needs are met expeditiously. I have really been enjoying my stay on the property and I feel very safe and secure here.

  We’ve lived here for about two years, and overall it’s been a good neighborhood — clean, quiet for the most part, and a nice place to live. We rarely have issues, aside from a car break-in that happened in the past. There has also been some unprofessionalism from the community director at times, which can make getting things handled a bit frustrating. That said, Angelica has been absolutely amazing. She’s always quick to respond, follows through, and genuinely cares about resolving issues when they come up. Anytime we’ve had a problem or needed something fixed, she’s the one who gets it done. She really makes the difference in keeping this place running smoothly.

  From initial contact to move-in everything was a smooth process. Angelica was very informative, professional and her bubbly personality is everything!

  I honestly don’t know where to start. I was shopping around for an apartment because I had been living in a house and when I first spoke with Angelica over the phone she pretty much explained everything to me also went into details about the bedrooms available and everything the property has to offer. I wanted to move in without viewing an apartment in person lol when I finally made it to the leasing office she made me feel like family. She helped me complete everything or when I had a question she always treated me like a priority. I’m so glad I chose Gibson Oaks it’s nothing like being around ppl that treat you family vs another tenant. If you ever stop by pls ask for Angelica she’s the sweetest and so patient.
