  My husband and I had cash for a mobile home in park but we were denied approval for park, they say due to income but we make over 1500.00 a month. In my mind there is no doubt we were discriminated against. The morning we went to see mobile home, there were 2 residents sitting on porch of office 1 a man the other an old lady with blondish hair and sunbaked like a raisin. They stared us down until my husband went to door and you could see lady on porch say OMG the only reason would be my husband has a beard,but also we are 60 and 62 but we do look younger. When office opened, the gentleman went in to pay rent alone so no one knows what was said,and the the sunbaked resident went home right next to office. Also who is Gabby? We were told park manager and owner is a corp. Not individuals

  This place doesn’t let you do anything with out there approval it’s very sad that you can’t even have a life here!!’

  These folks forced my dad to sign over his deed to his home after receiving storm damage because he couldn’t repair his carport and porch and he was sick from chemo therapy the manager at the time sold it to one of her buddy’s who in return rented it out in the same condition, subletting is not permitted either I have spoke with several different people in regards to to this and no one responded,

  Cozy trailer park not in the best of areas but in its gates is a beautiful well kept community!

  My mom lives here. It's fun to visit. people are great here. lots of activities in this park
