- AIAlyssa Innocent6 days ago1.0I first called about three times so I can get information about the two bed two bath but kept getting redirected to an AI assistant from there. I proceed to set an appointment but wasn’t able to talk to anybody. I live on North 98 so I drove about 30 minutes to get there just for them to tell me that they do not have a two bedroom two bath that I can view I got a little upset Because instead of talking to someone, I kept getting redirected to AI because they were not answering and gas nowadays is not cheap anymore so I wasted gas and my time just for them to not have a two bed two bath I still proceeded to view a one bath to get the lay in the But the front office people were a little weird what it seems to be the property manager was talking to me from her office didn’t come out and didn’t greet me either the leasing agent she barely gave any information and she was not welcoming at all, there was dog poop all over the front of the building we were viewing I do not recommend these apartments

- SOStephanie OvansApr 25, 20261.0Went for a tour of this place and everything is broken around the pool. Grills don't work, hot tub is freezing cold. Went back a few months later to see if anything was fixed, still broken. Beware!!!

I’ve complained several times and still nothing has been done, other than empty promises to either move my unit or hold the loud tenants responsible, yet nothing has been done on that end either. Only rating 2 stars because maintenance is prompt and courteous.
