  Everything has gone very smoothly. The grandkids came over and love the playground as well as the pool! Grounds are kept up very well. Very peaceful here.

  We've had some long lapses in responses from the office and maintenance a couple times and we've experienced repeated issues over our A/C since being here, but I'm happy to say we're overall in good standing right now. Our apartment is styled nicely and we're grateful for the amenities. The gym could always use upgrades here and there but I've also watched things be replaced as a sign of listening and care. I do wish rent was more affordable. All that said, I would still recommend Ariva to a friend.

  I lived at Century Ariva for 4 years and had a great overall experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is always well maintained and clean. I love the way they kept the green landscaping—always on point and giving it that top community vibe. The best part is the excellent location—super convenient to everything and truly a 10/10. The community is nice and the residents are respectful, making it a comfortable place to live.

  One of the biggest reasons I left before even completing a full year was the cost. This property markets itself as a luxury apartment community and charges luxury-level rent, but the experience is anything but luxury. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect responsive management, reliable maintenance, working amenities, and a high level of customer service. Instead, residents are left dealing with broken amenities, unanswered phone calls, delayed maintenance requests, and ongoing frustrations that never seem to get resolved. There is simply no justification for the price point when so many basic aspects of living here fall short. I have lived in far more affordable communities that provided better service, better upkeep, and a much better overall resident experience. For anyone considering moving here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before committing to this place. I paid over $4,000 just to break my lease early, so I was shocked when I later received a notice from a debt collector for an additional charge of over $300 with no clear explanation of what it was for. I immediately tried contacting the leasing office multiple times to get clarification, but as usual, nobody answered the phone or returned my calls. Since I couldn’t get anyone to explain the charge, I honestly thought it might have been a mistake. Then, before I knew it, the account had been sent to collections and my credit score took a major hit. The office later claimed they had emailed and called me, but I searched through all of my emails—including my spam folder—and never found any communication regarding the balance. At that point, rather than spending more time trying to fight a charge I still didn’t fully understand and risking further damage to my credit, I paid it just to put the situation behind me.
