Liz, our sales consultant, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, and Giroy, our construction manager, stayed on top of every detail and delivered a fantastic home. Now that we’ve lived here for a few months, we’ve only needed warranty services once, and the customer care team has been consistently quick and responsive. We love the community, and our neighbors have been wonderful. We’re truly happy to call Hendrix Reserve home.

Went through a very comprehensive search , as we have lived in PB county many years. We were very happy with our decision to buy a new home at Hendrix Reserve. The positive experience was made very smooth and very upfront dealing with our rep, Liz Silva. Also noted , dealing with Chris , construction manager- who assisted on walk-thru and made sure all things were in order , was a great sense of security, as his follow up was the best . After closing had the place professionally cleaned for us, which was a nice touch on delivery of the property.
