    Negative 5 stars!! Avoid this place! My leasing consultant, Bri, was THEE most unprofessional, rude, condescending person my wife and I have experienced in several months of apartment searching. And if management would hire someone like Bri, it is 100 percent on their decision-making skills.

    If I could give this property zero stars I absolutely would. Renter beware you DO NOT want to rent here don’t waste your money! I rarely leave reviews, but after months of frustration, I feel obligated to share my experience. Living at this apartment community has been extremely disappointing from the beginning. The unit was advertised as available when I applied, only for me to be told days before my scheduled move-in that it would not be ready. When I finally moved in, the apartment was not clean and had numerous maintenance issues that took weeks—and in some cases months—to address. One of the most frustrating issues involved my stove. It stopped working on Thanksgiving Day while I had 15 guests at my apartment. The replacement stove later failed as well, and it took multiple trips to the office and constant follow-up before an electrician was finally brought in to address what appeared to be an electrical issue. Even today, I continue to have concerns about the electrical system in my unit. The maintenance concerns did not stop there. I have dealt with a malfunctioning dishwasher, broken and misaligned cabinets, rusting hardware throughout the apartment, noisy ceiling fans, and other issues that should not exist in a relatively new building. Communication from management has been by far the biggest issue. Emails frequently go unanswered, phone calls are rarely returned, and the only way to get attention on an issue is often to physically go into the office. I have experienced this with multiple members of management, including Rosa, Carmen, and even Tammy, the Regional Manager. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and escalate concerns, I am still waiting for responses regarding important matters. The common areas are also not maintained to the standard I would expect. Hallways are often dirty, trash is left sitting for extended periods, and there is a constant smell of marijuana throughout portions of the building. Amenities that residents pay for are frequently unavailable or missing equipment. Safety has also been a concern. I discovered that a guest who had been removed from my access permissions was still able to access the building afterward. Additionally, my name has never consistently worked in the call box system despite repeated requests. These issues have made me question how seriously resident safety is being taken. To make matters worse, construction began directly outside the building with no communication to residents, resulting in constant noise throughout the day. The internet service, which residents pay extra for, is also unreliable. I work from home and have often found my phone hotspot to be more dependable than the service provided by the property. Due to the ongoing safety concerns and the fact that I was left without a working stove for nine days, among many other unresolved issues, I have since moved out of the property. Even after moving out, I still have not received any meaningful communication from staff regarding the lease termination fees they are attempting to charge. I find it ironic that residents are expected to strictly follow the terms of their lease and make payments on time every month, while management does not appear to uphold its own obligations to provide and maintain the services and amenities that residents are paying a premium for. Overall, my experience has been one of poor communication, delayed resolutions, lack of accountability, and unmet expectations. I cannot recommend this community based on my experience, and I would strongly encourage prospective residents to thoroughly research before signing a lease.

    Today Basilio and José did an amazing work here in #124 to repair our washing machine, plus they asked to repaint my door and also called Angela, to clean the floor and she also did a very good work! All this was done in less than 1 hour! This team is great. Thank also to Carmen, Rose and Stephanie who coordinated our request for it.
