  I stopped by to look at the beautiful homes at Clayton Homes in Lake City, FL and my experience was the best I’ve ever experienced when searching for a home of any type. The sales representative, Mike Foley was so kind, humble and very professional. If and when you ever get to visit Clayton Homes, I highly recommend you ask to have Mike as your sales representative. He’s very knowledgeable and patient with answering any questions you may have regarding the home or financing. His energy is calm, soothing and trustworthy and you can feel it as he discuss your potential home purchase. Once again, I highly recommend for anyone to stop by and visit Clayton Homes in Lake City, FL and ask for Mike Foley. I also would like to add, that the entire staff had a wonderful attitude when I entered the office.

  We recently purchased land and have been shopping around for the right home, and we had such a wonderful experience with Mike Foley at Clayton Homes. Clayton Homes never made us feel pressured or like we were being “sold” something.We have friends who purchased their home through Clayton, and we absolutely love their house, which is what initially made us consider Clayton for our own home. We ended up falling in love with one of the homes, and Mike was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to show us multiple homes, answer all of our questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. We are definitely coming back to Clayton Homes and Mike once we’re ready to move forward. Thank you, Mike, for such a great experience! ❤️
