  I can’t express enough how grateful and thankful I am for the experience we had with Clayton Homes of Lake City. Kipp, our salesman, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was supportive throughout every step of our very unique elevated mobile home project and consistently went above and beyond to help make everything come together. He was patient, even when the project took longer than expected. The home we chose, the Desoto model, has exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with it. Beyond the sales process, the entire team was amazing to work with (Bo, JD, etc). Everyone was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure our project was a success. If you’re considering buying a home, don’t think twice about working with Clayton Homes of Lake City. I would recommend them again and again without hesitation. Ask for Kipp! -Erica Pride
