  Highly recommend! If anyone is in the market for a manufactured home, ya gotta make this place your first stop! Khalid, the home consultant was so nice, very informative, and very patient with all our questions. The Franklin home is top notch!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting with Mike and touring some homes today. I had no idea that mobile homes had come so far. Absolutely amazing and Mike showed us the subtle differences in each one. Knowledgeable and patient, he knows his stuff. When we find our land, we will be sure to come back.

  Mike foley was my salesmen and he was amazing . Patient, kind , and most importantly honest . He showed us all the modular and manufactured homes . Explained all the differences and abilities that we can customize on . When I’m due ready he is my guy to call to finalize, glad to have young great men in sales not trying to rip you off Clayton is my go to manufactured home dealer in lake city.
