  Clayton homes in lake city is a great place to buy a home. Very friendly and professional. They make the home buying very easy and the monitor all the aspects of buying and installing your home. I would highly recommend JD and his entire crew to anyone looking to buy a home.

From the moment we started talking with Mike, he was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us understand the entire home-buying process. He was the first person we’ve met who actually took the time to walk us through everything, answer our questions, explain our options, and make us feel like more than just another potential sale. Finding your forever home is a huge decision, and having someone who listens to what you want and takes the time to help you make the right decision makes all the difference.   Kipp was the most wonderful salesman from the time we walked onto the lot to the closing. He was friendly, warm, and made us feel at home. He wasn’t pushy, let us take our time. He answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. He felt like family!
