Instead of focusing on things that actually matter, they seem to spend their time hunting for the smallest, most insignificant issues. It honestly feels like they have nothing better to do. What’s even more frustrating is that it’s clearly not just me — more and more residents are starting to speak up about the same problems. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like the HOA takes any of these concerns seriously, which makes the situation even worse. An HOA should help maintain and improve a community, not create constant stress over trivial things. Right now, it feels completely out of touch with the people who actually live here. Just something to be aware of before you move in.
