  BEWARE PARKING IS BAD HERE! Especially in building 9 and 8… I come home in the evening after nine and there’s no parking to be found I have to park around to the other side of building 7. I know for a fact some of the residents have more than two vehicles parked here and when they have company or visitors come, they take the front parking and leave us residence parking farther away. There has to be a better system or better way to be able to park closer to where we live. If you’re wanting to park near your building don’t come here,

  This place is OKAY at best. The positive reviews online are because the office asks you multiple times to give a positive review. The whole community is loud and the building that faces the pool has a group of ladies who call the cops over everything and the management here accommodates her by changing the hours. The old ladies "the famous five " attack people, video tape, record people and management does nothing. There are groups of people smoking weed in the parking lots on a regular basis.

  The internet is absolute crap; my job requires it, but the connection keeps dropping, and the speed is terrible—it’s incredibly slow. You try to contact the provider supplied by the condo complex, but no one solves the problem. It’s as if the entire complex is connected to a single network. It’s absolute garbage, yet you still have to pay for it because you can’t switch providers.

  We have lived here for 2 months now and while the apartment is beautiful there are things wrong that would not make me renew my lease. Cons: The water has an awful strong sulfur rotten eggs smell that occurs even with a filter. I often wonder how often the water is treated. It is definitely bothersome and at times unbearable. We ran the water for hours and it has improved but the smell does not totally go away. Next my husband and I have been bitten by large red ants multiple times. We’ve put in maintenance requests and términix has sprayed once but they have not resolved the problem. The ants are still everywhere even in the baseboards. I cannot comfortably stand in my bathroom, my closet or the kitchen without seeing red ants or being bit. They are also on the counter tops and get into my reusable canvas grocery bags inside the cabinet. I am unhappy with this and it honestly has given me anxiety that I cannot comfortably sit and eat without checking for red ants 24/7. I am unsatisfied with living here at this juncture as our previous apartment did not have any pests at all. Positives- tech forward, gated community, nice gym/amenities. Luxury should encompass all factors and the mark has been missed if a pest problem can’t be resolved. I do not recommend moving here.
