This is our 4th new build in Central Florida. First impression reveals a beautiful entry into the neighborhood. We are located at the end of Tohoqua Blvd so we drive though regularly. The fitness centers and pools are clean. The HOA seems to be knowledgeable and ready to assist with questions and issues. It is common to see people walking and children playing, especially in the evenings. All in all, considering we were making regular visits while the house was in construction, we are both happy with our new Tohoqua neighborhood.

They made my dream home happened. I am extremely happy with the results of the house, the space and the aesthetics. Love that you are able to choose upgrades that enhances the look of the house so you don't have to do this with the home is finished.
