- PGProfessional GuyAug 12, 20265.0Honestly, great place to live, Walmart, Publix and Ross are all walking distance, beautiful pool & you see the hard working maintenance guys out keeping the properties maintained, and the biggest WIN is all utilities included including premium WiFi and basic cable, which is massive, no spending extra money on security deposits or worrying about summer spikes in your electric bill. Great place to live, convenient location, friendly accommodating office staff! Cheap security deposit as well, I think I paid $250. If you’re looking for a place to live and you don’t have a lot of stuff, this is the place for you!

Have met a couple people in my building already everyone has been nice and inviting and have also mentioned that they love living here. The apartment was clean and inviting.The location of that apartments it's great, so many opportunities around. I can say just from one day being here that I picked the right place to call my home.
