So far the touring experience and the walk through the amenities was great done by Sharon. We will move in soon and can’t wait to experience the complex more!

I really like these apartments. The location is great, and the tropical surroundings give the community a really nice feel. However, for a property marketed as a “luxury apartment,” I think the administration could do a better job maintaining the exterior common areas. The sidewalks, hallways, and entrances could use more frequent pressure washing. There are also quite a few bugs around the buildings, along with stains on the pavement, which takes away from the clean and upscale appearance. Overall, I really like the community, but improving the cleanliness and maintenance of the surrounding areas would make a big difference and better match the luxury experience.

John from maintenance is just the best guy around. He has helped my family countless times with any problem we may have. He’s even gone out of his way to keep us safe on multiple occasions. We can’t thank him enough for his diligence and persistence in making sure this property is taken care of.
