This is a really nice property. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool area and the gym. Everything is brand new, so of course it’s all very nice. They also have really nice private offices you can use. This was a major selling point for me because I work from home. However, contrary to what we were told when we signed our lease, they now charge a daily rate to use them. An absolutely bizarre change of course. Poor decision by the property manager, and I hope they right this wrong. I was already planning to give a five-star review prior to this recent snafu on their part. I’m going to assume they’ll get this fixed and won’t actually charge their residents $25 a day to use the private offices.

This place is nice but it’s still too much construction going on & they say you have 2 months free but they don’t allow you to use it they way you want to use it like normal complexes do. I wanted to use the first 2 months up front but they only use it to bring down your rent for the first 4 months. That was an automatic no for me, i think that’s very selfish on their part, i instantly said no & withdrew my application. Just wanted yall to know before you think about applying

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, Kimberly, and Michael have been absolutely amazing. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions or concerns I had before moving in, they always took the time to answer everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their outstanding customer service. You can truly tell they care about their residents and want to make the transition as easy as possible. The community is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and my apartment was move-in ready. So far, it has exceeded my expectations, and I’m so happy I chose to make this my new home. A huge thank you to Kimberly, and Michael for making this such a positive experience. Their kindness, patience, and dedication truly made all the difference. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!
