  I have lived in this complex for almost a year. The management staff and maintenance staff are very cordial and attentive. If there is an issue they resolve it. I have read previous reviews and completely disagree. There were people here that caused constant problems and the management removed them. Foremost I have had zero issues with roaches. It is very clean and completely upgraded with full granite in bathrooms and the kitchen. The negative comments are shameful and not true. This is a beautiful community. Very peaceful. I cannot give them enough stars. Management, maintenance and the complex 10000%

  Our kids stayed in a room with twin beds and they had spiders everyday multiple times a day in thier room. The place is dingy looking, It needs a fresh coat paint and LED lights. The dining table only sat 4. The pull out couch was dirty. The front door for our room had a dent where it was broken in with a crow bar or something. It looks as at any moment the cupboard and fixtures may fall off the walls!! The staff are very wonderful and pleasent when we needed something. They do need to Update the washer and dryer units! It is $2.00 per was and $2.00 per dry and there are only 4 of each. The resort itself could be better, the staff are 5 star!
