  For the time of the application process Miss Karen was amazing. She is so professional and I enjoy the fact that Miss. Karen knows every tenant by name. Now that’s awesome!!! She is always aware of what’s going on at the complex. She often sends out reminders to the tenants to help keep and maintain a very clean and respectful community. The staff is very well trained and very professional too!!! No matter what issue I had even when it came down to them being my translators for my deliveries and I needed someone to translate Spanish for me there was always someone there to help me!!!! Kudos to them for that!!! I’m going to miss Parkway Crossongs and the staff here. ❤️

  I've never lived in an apartment complex that I've loved more than this one. From how well built it is to the beautifully selected fixtures in the apartment to the size of the apartment. I am just utterly ecstatic. Our family loves it even the dog. Usually you get one or the other where either the apartments wonderful or the management is wonderful, This is the first place I've lived at where I've gotten both the ladies who work in the office are so sweet kind considerate. Isabel and Karen we're so Great helping us get moved in and set up and continue to be great to us every time I see them This is our first family home and we are really glad we chose this apartment!!

  The apartment is very nice. The amenities are great. The swimming area is great, but the noise that comes through the walls and the ceiling is by far worse than what the agent who done the walk-through with us. She sure does that they would not be that much noise and that is so far from the truth. I have New people coming from out of state that are looking for a place to stay and I told them I would not recommend this place. Just simply because of the amount of noise. Also the visitor parking is out of control we had family come and had to park in the Amtrak parking lot, we also have several motorcycles that are parked in certain parking spots, and that way when people come home from work they put their motorcycles to the back of that parking spot and parked their cars in there!!!!!!

  I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience with their management and parking policies. My car was towed even though I was parked in a designated guest parking area, which was extremely frustrating and felt completely unreasonable. Having your vehicle towed is a major inconvenience and expense, especially when you genuinely believed you were parked somewhere you were permitted to park. Management should take responsibility for making their parking policies clear instead of leaving residents and guests to figure them out after the fact. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Poor communication, inconsistent enforcement, and an unnecessary towing situation have seriously affected my opinion of this property.
