  I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well maintained, clean, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. One of the biggest reasons my experience has been so positive is because of the manager, Karen. Karen is extremely professional, helpful, and always responsive whenever residents need assistance. She goes above and beyond to make sure issues are handled quickly and that residents feel heard. It’s clear she truly cares about the community and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Management like this makes a huge difference in apartment living. I appreciate the effort Karen puts into making this a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home.

  Absolutely love Karen and the amazing customer service I get here! It’s a breath of fresh air speaking to someone who is so attentive and knowledgeable about what I want when it comes to looking for an apartment! She always goes over and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend here! We are always treated like family. It’s absolutely convenient that a train station is within walking distance, the game room is amazing! Has is a little bit of everything for everyone in our family. Close to shopping and our favorite place to skate is only 5 min away!

  My review isn't about the building or the facilities, but about the person in charge of the leasing center—she's rude. I went to deliver an order to a customer, and since there are no signs or rules regarding deliveries, I went inside because the customer had placed a fairly large order. I just approached the cleaning lady very politely to ask where the apartment was, and this woman came out yelling at me that I couldn’t be there, that since I went in, I never disrespected her; at no point was I rude—I was just asking how to get to the apartment. She even told me they were going to tow my car from the parking lot. Honestly, I don’t understand why, if this is a building with so many rules, they don’t post them so that no delivery drivers have to go through this awkward situation.

  I’ve been living at Parkway Crossings for the past 7 months, and it has truly been the best experience I’ve had. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like a great place to call home. A big part of what makes this place so special is the manager, Karen. She is incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Thanks to her dedication, the building is always kept in excellent condition, and the rules are consistently followed, which really makes a difference in the overall quality of life here. Karen goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and it shows in how clean, organized, and welcoming the property is every day.
