  SUMMIT GREENS, Clermont, Florida - Working with Pete was an incredible experience from start to finish. My parents and I recently purchased my home with his help, and throughout the entire process he was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure. When inspection issues came up, Pete handled everything in a timely and reassuring manner, helping us navigate each step with confidence. His communication was excellent the entire time — we always felt informed, supported, and prioritized. This was actually our second time working with Pete. Three years ago, he helped us sell my grandmother’s home, and because that experience was so positive, we knew we wanted to work with him again on the purchasing side. Once again, he exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for all of Pete’s hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

  I had Orlando Realty Solutions as my property manager for over ten years and then as the real estate agent selling my property. In both roles, they, and more specifically, Pete Howlett, performed superbly. I have used several property managers in the past for my recently sold property in Davenport and another property elsewhere. Many were very good at some things but, until working with Pete, I had never worked with someone who excelled at all aspects of property management, from tenant relations to maintenance and repairs to financial record keeping. His services were always prompt and professional and the vendors he secured were always competent and reasonably priced. He screened potential tenants effectively and when unexpected departures occasionally occurred, he obtained solid replacement tenants quickly. He retained competent vendors at fair prices and dealt fairly and professionally with tenants, while making sure that conditions were clear and protections were in place for me as the owner. When the time came to sell the property, he quickly assessed what needed to be done, took the necessary steps, and very successfully marketed the property. There is no question in my mind that if I were to own rental property again in the Orlando area -- mine was a six-bedroom home in Davenport -- I would seek his services again.

  We have rented a House in Davenport for 5 years. Pete and Megan have be very helpful. When needed anything fixed at the house or A/C looked at they are on the job to be done and have someone out to fix it In a timely matter.

  I was recommended to pete howlett at orlando realty solutions to manage my house at davenport , as long term renting due to the recession was now a necessity ,having taken all the details ,and marketed the house , it was only a couple of months before excellant tenants were found , this was feb 2008 , and in the 11years following , the house has never been empty, and in all this time , the level of care and competence by pete and his excellant staff has proved to be beyond my most optimistic expectations. Also important , the level of upkeep , repairs , and all maintenance necessary , was never lax , with the result that 2 months ago , i travelled to florida and asked pete to market my house for sale , he sold it on the first day at the full asking price , it closed as agreed 4 weeks later , and on the same day , the proceeds were in my bank . Its not easy these days in the faceless world of the internet to find genuine people of the highest integrity , but if you look above , i gaurantee you will find it here , mike marlor.
