  I want to give a huge shoutout to Kelly, Rene, Destiny, Roro, and the young man on the team who helped make my move into my new apartment possible! From the very beginning, they guided me through every step of the process. Kelly welcomed me with open arms, and we instantly connected. The entire team stayed in constant communication with me, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Finding a place to call home isn’t always easy, but they worked with me, supported me throughout the process, and truly cared about helping me get approved and settled into my new home. I absolutely love my new place and couldn’t be happier. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, patience, and dedication. You all have truly been a blessing, and I appreciate everything you did to help make this happen. I highly recommend this amazing team!

  Beautiful place! The move in process was easy and convenient thanks to Martha and Kelly, they are so sweet and welcoming. The area is quiet. Maintenance handles work orders timely, which I love. I am all together happy with my new apartment.

  I had the pleasure of working with Tayla and Roda, and they were both amazing. Thank you so much for helping me with my application. I truly appreciate your time, patience, and support throughout the process. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and made my daughter and me feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Thank you all for your kindness and for making this experience such a positive one.

  I'd like to start off by saying that if anyone is having difficulty with the way that the staff is handling your application and sensitive information regarding application process file a complaint promptly with the BBB with that being said process raises serious concerns about how applications are being handled. The constant changes in requirements, repeated requests for sensitive information, lack of transparency, and inconsistent communication made the experience feel unreliable and questionable.

  I love all the stuff there!. Very helpful throughout the process and me and my kids are very thankful for you guys for the help and Ms. Renae was very helpful and kind !. I told her when I seen her I need to give her a hug and I did!!. The place is beautiful and I can’t wait to see how this goes 😊
