Be careful with applying to this property especially if you have deadlines that need to be met or moving out the state. Extremely frustrating experience with communication and the application process. They don’t call back no matter how many times you’ve called or emailed. It’s several different people I spoke with never spoke with just one person and they all are oblivious With everything. If you are planning a move out of state I wouldn’t recommend this place as they never even processed my application for an October move in never mind I applied early September and they assured me I would be moving in for October only for them to stop responding back to me with no clear explanations leaving me to start completely over with apartment searching came October. Tayla Lucket who was my file coordinator and was handling my application and had all my sensitive documents such as social security information for not only me , but my sons information, she has never responded back depite leaving several messages / emails. This has caused me immense anxiety because deadlines were never met and now this has left me to start over.

Moved from NY to FL with just pictures, didn’t see the apartment until i signed my lease but I trusted the process and great service from the moment I applied. I believe the person who assisted me with the application process was Hassan and he was amazing from start to finish. Walk through & lease signing was quick and great. And it’s been 2 months and my family and I love it.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Kelly, Rene, Destiny, Roro, and the young man on the team who helped make my move into my new apartment possible! From the very beginning, they guided me through every step of the process. Kelly welcomed me with open arms, and we instantly connected. The entire team stayed in constant communication with me, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Finding a place to call home isn’t always easy, but they worked with me, supported me throughout the process, and truly cared about helping me get approved and settled into my new home. I absolutely love my new place and couldn’t be happier. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, patience, and dedication. You all have truly been a blessing, and I appreciate everything you did to help make this happen. I highly recommend this amazing team!
