  Quisiera no dejar ni una sola estrella, porque ni eso se merece el personal que trabaja aquí, a excepción de Ana María, quien siempre fue muy transparente con nosotros. El año pasado, a inicios de diciembre, estábamos buscando un apartamento para mudarnos ese mismo mes. Según ellos, todo iba a ser rápido, ya que la persona anterior había dejado el apartamento intacto. Hicimos las aplicaciones (éramos 3 personas) y pagamos un depósito. Tal vez no fue una suma grande, pero es mi dinero, y ellos no saben el esfuerzo que hace uno para conseguirlo como para venir a jugar con el tiempo y el dinero de la gente. Desde que hicimos las aplicaciones, todo fue una pérdida de tiempo. Me tocó ir a la oficina más de 5 veces para preguntar si nos iban a dar el apartamento o no. Nunca recibí una respuesta clara, hasta que la misma señora que vivía anteriormente en el apartamento me dijo que había ido a la oficina y le comentaron que no nos lo iban a dar por su incapacidad de verificar los lugares de trabajo. Mientras tanto, nosotros seguíamos esperando, aun cuando ya teníamos que salir de la casa anterior. Nunca nos dieron una respuesta oficial, así que me tocó volver a aplicar en otro lugar y mudarme. Se supone que el depósito que pagué debía ser devuelto, y hasta el día de hoy, desde diciembre, no me han enviado absolutamente nada. Después de todas las veces que fui anteriormente, todavía tuve que regresar 3 veces más para solicitar la devolución del depósito. Dejé mi dirección mil veces, llamo al teléfono y nadie contesta, escribo por WhatsApp y no responden, mando correos electrónicos y tampoco responden. Es una falta total de respeto, responsabilidad y profesionalismo por parte de la administración.

  Had some issues with my application process that I was reassured many times would be solved. I had to come in person on multiple occasions because no one was answering the phone, and nothing they said was happening happened. I would have appreciated a more direct answer then continuing to promise me things will get sorted, as I have such a small window for when I need to move. I had to apply somewhere else very short notice.

  Hola me encanta la comunidad de tivoli. Toda mi negociación fue con alondra excelente persona, con mucha paciencia y calidad de servicio. Ya estoy arrendada en un apt bello cómodo y agradable, soy nueva en la Florida y me ha encantado el complex la verdad hasta ahora todo excelente, el estacionamiento en todo el frente de mi casa 🏡 👌 la piscina muy linda. Espero todo continúe asi de bien .

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Ana because she made the whole leasing process way easier than I expected compared to the other properties I have been to during my search. It's my first time looking for an apartment and I'm trying to get ahead of the game by looking early and I’ll be honest I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the reviews I had read but working with Ana completely changed my perspective. She was super professional, easy to talk to and very patient throughout the entire process She went out of her way to show me three different units and all of them were clean and ready to tour which I really appreciated. The property itself was also quiet and clean and the maintenance staff was very friendly which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Ana never made me feel rushed or pressured and took the time to answer all of my questions honestly. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. I've been to so many other places where they made me feel like just another person to fill another unit.But I will definitely be keeping this property in mind because of her
