- RWRobin Wideman5 days ago2.0I have serious concerns as a potential resident that your staff has consistently been rude, your paste and copy generic responses are tiring can’t yall be more original with each review they only say to contact yall however THE PROBLEM CONSTANTLY REVEALED IS THE COMMUNICATION OF STAFF!!! Try to do better !!!
- ARAna RodriguezSep 26, 20265.0Had a wonderful tour yesterday at Heron Ridge 62+ Apartments with Keyshlimar Rivera. She was super helpful, guided us through the community and made the application process seamless. Just completed the application today and am excited about the project of calling this home!!
- CMCarmen MartinSep 9, 20261.0Been living here for 6 months. The first few months there were no problems. Now the alarm goes off almost every week in the middle of the night! It's hard to to get sleep here... Also, my A/C unit had been not functioning properly for almost 2 months and they won't fix it correctly. Companies should be more courteous to seniors and handle matters quicker...
- ODOlga DeulofeuAug 28, 20265.0I am very happy in this community. Our Manager Vilma Lugo is an excellent manager and compassionate human being. She tris so hard to please everyone. Her work is hard and we need to understand her position. Luis is an excellent worker and I appreciate deeply his job also. Unfortunately some people are so critical but they do not have any idea about to deal with more that 300 apartments. Thank you Vilma, thank Kesley, thank you Luis.
- DLDenise LloydAug 18, 20264.0I’ve been here 11/2 years now. I used to give 5 stars, but maintenance has become a problem. I’m having to wait about a week for them and usually have to call the office to see how come they haven’t been by to fix my problems. Otherwise, the complex is beautiful and my neighbors are wonderful! I hope they are able to keep rental rates reasonable because I don’t want to leave !
