  The complex is ok, the problem I have is the towing. God forbid a family member or close friend would want to come visit you assuming you stay at Ebbtide because as soon as it hits 12 they start grabbing cars like candy. Mind you they have never given us a notice or information on the towing such as the 12 rule. Over night is understandable but for visitors I will never understand why this complex goes out of it’s way to partner with a towing company that could not care about anything else other than towing your car, not to mention they will decide to charge you $250 if you want it back so goodluck, terrible service at Ebbtide, I hope this helps.

  We just moved in and we are happy. The whole experience was easy. Ms Sonia and Ms Jackeline were very helpful at the beginning and Christian made the last steps very clear and easy to follow. Thank you all for your help.

  I really like my apartment!! Mrs. Sonia is so outgoing and very knowledgeable she made me feel welcome and very comfortable to move in the apartments. She’s amazing and so is the team!!!

  My experience at Ebbtide Apartments has been very positive, and I have been very pleased with both the community and the outstanding staff. Sonia was the first person we met, and she made the apartment search experience wonderful from the very beginning. She took the time to show us around, listened carefully to our needs, and helped us find the perfect apartment layout for our family. Her patience, warmth, and genuine desire to help made the process feel easy and reassuring. Jacky has also been incredibly kind and helpful and willing to answer any questions thoroughly. I would especially like to recognize Christian for his attentiveness and thoughtful customer service. He has gone above and beyond to make sure concerns are heard and addressed. His kindness and dedication are greatly appreciated. A special thank you as well to Rafael, the maintenance technician, who has been incredibly fast, attentive, and efficient with my service requests. Having someone so responsive and dependable makes living here so much better and gives real peace of mind.
