  Definitivamente no recomendaría a nadie vivir aqui, Espere por 1 Año para hacer esta reseña, y hoy es el momento, este complejo es lo peor, el parking es un negocio, nunca hay espacio y entonces hay que rentar un garaje obligado! tienen un cuarto de bicicletas sin seguridad alguna! Me robaron 3 bicicletas de ahi. Y Ahora que se cumple mi Contrato me estan haciendo una serie de cobros que parecen un robo tambien. Debo pagar $727 por supuesta limpieza del apartamento cuando lo deje limpio y por 6 huequitos que tienen las paredes, no saben como sacarle el dinero a la gente y quedarse con el depósito que se deja. Los dueños deben revisar este tema porque estoy segura que el dinero se lo quedan en la Oficina.

  My husband has been living here for two years and here’s my take on it. If you have a family, friends, a life & super extroverted DO NOT move here. If you have more than one vehicle I would not recommend neither. Parking is scarce and they will find any reason to tow your car for just about anything, even if it’s ugly it’s up for grabs. The car has been towed so many times we have lost count. Property management staff are friendly & helpful. However the property is so predatory it feels they try to squeeze every last dollar and penny out of tenants & it’s hard to ignore. If you don’t give them 60-90 day notice of move out they will lock you in a month to month lease and add an additional 400$ on top of the rent if you want to avoid fee’s going to your credit/rental history. My husband works a stressful job and than dealing with the shenanigans that come with apartment complex of course we got locked into this 😔. We are just so sick and tired and was ready to leave here. Again if you choose to move here keep in mind the staff is pleasant and you won’t have any issues as they conduct themselves professionally but unfortunately that is the only pro. The cons is this place is a “Luxury” Headache, staff have no control of the shenanigans & the cons outweigh the pros.
