  Me canse de visitar estos apartamentos, hoy he hido a las 10 am y a las 12:30pm y no he conseguido a nadie en la oficina, he tocado a la puerta del manager y no sale nadie

  Lovely complex, a huge thank you to Heidy who made every step a breeze from beginning to end. I had read the other reviews about her and they were right, she is truly wonderful and a blessing.

  I’ve lived in the area for a long time and needed my father to be closer because he lived alone an hour away. During my search for apartments, I discovered Avia at Reedy Creek. The location is perfect! I just got him all moved in to his new apartment here after handling the application and screening process for him over the last couple of weeks and so far everything has been great! The manager/leasing agent Heidy is amazingly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me at every step throughout the whole process from the initial tour to finalizing the move in. Very pleasant experience so far!

  Management was nice but maintenance always acted like everything was inconvenient to them. Neighbors were allowed to grill outside on their patio but I have a candle on my patio and I’m getting the lease violation.
