Association Management Group of Central Florida, Inc. (AMG) is a family owned business that had it’s beginning 30 years ago as a real estate company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by AMG Central Florida. If I could give zero stars, I would—but since that is not possible, I am forced to give one star.
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not accept debit card payments, which makes the payment process unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient. It is impossible to speak with the property manager in person, even if you request an appointment. Additionally, the information provided over the phone is often unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent.
They also require residents to physically go to their office just to submit copies of documents, even though this could easily be handled by email like most modern organizations do. This wastes residents’ time and shows a lack of consideration for basic convenience.
To make matters worse, they do not provide gate access codes to residents, forcing people to purchase access cards that they themselves sell. This feels unfair and unnecessary, as residents should be given reasonable access to their own community without being forced to buy additional items.
Overall, this HOA demonstrates poor communication, lack of transparency, and very unprofessional customer service. I strongly hope they improve their processes and start treating residents with the respect and efficiency they deserve
Update ...
We are in the 21st century, and cash-only policies are clearly outdated. It is difficult to understand why financial transactions must be handled exclusively in person at an office. If that were the case everywhere, then gas stations and convenience stores would not accept debit cards either.
On top of that, even when bringing cash, the office does not provide change and requires the EXACT amount. That makes the process even more inconvenient.
The front desk representative clearly told me that she could not guarantee that documents sent by email would be processed because the office is “old fashioned.” She explicitly said it was better to go in person with three physical copies just to process a parking permit. There was absolutely no confusion — she was very clear about that.
I also requested an appointment with the property manager. The front desk representative was emphatic that the manager does NOT meet with anyone, not even by appointment. I wanted to speak with the manager regarding the gate access code, and again, I was told: “THE MANAGER DOES NOT MEET WITH ANYONE.”
This effectively forces residents to purchase an access card sold at the office. It is difficult not to question whether there is a profit motive involved.
I am not asking for rules to be changed to fit my personal needs. I am simply asking for processes to be more resident-friendly and aligned with modern standards.
I don't know what is even worse, the poor answer given to my review or their customer service.

Really deserves no stars. Whenever my property manager and I request them to take care of something that is the HOA's responsibility there is no reply for weeks to emails or phone messages. We don't bother AMG unless it's urgent but AMG has no sense of urgency nor responsibility.

This AMG Association Management group of central Florida located in 102 park place blvd are the worst. This people besides the poor customer service. You go there with a simple problem and you still have to wait on their time to resolve any type of issues. They should take some type of customer service and the Manager in charge never have time to take care of the owners issues. No wonder why people keep selling their houses here all because of the poos customer service.

We have carpenter ants coming inside my townhouse and the Association has done nothing to prevent this. I've had the inside of my home sprayed to kill the ants but the outside needs to be treated. I'm not even sure why there is an HOA when they do absolutely nothing.
