  I had a wonderful experience touring this beautiful apartment complex. The property was gorgeous and had a very welcoming atmosphere. I toured with Jaeleen and she was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Jaeleen took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. You can really tell that Jaeleen takes pride in the property and cares about creating a great experience for potential residents. I was very impressed with everything I saw and would definitely recommend checking this community out if you’re looking for a beautiful place to call home!

  I had a great experience working with Jaeleen. She was very helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the process. She took the time to answer my questions and made everything much easier for me. I really appreciate her professionalism and the way she treated me with kindness and respect. Because of my experience, I also decided to renew and continue staying here. Thank you, Jaeleen, for all your help and for making the process so easy!

  Good afternoon. Here at 19 South Apartments, we have found the peaceful living environment that every family seeks—an excellent, quiet atmosphere, well-maintained common areas, and, above all, great service from the staff. One of the managers, Jaeleen, has been fantastic throughout; we haven't had a single issue, and she is always completely available to help. My daughter loves the recreational activities they organize! I am truly happy to be part of this community.

  My experience at 19South Apts has been nothing short of great. Jaleen has been so much help to my family and I. As a new family in the state, she has provided great guidance. From our initial application process to everyday questions, she has showed up and helped us in every way possible. She is welcoming, helpful and charismatic. The staff and all other tenants have been great as well. Not to mention the location is perfect, everything you can need is close by. This has been our home for several months now and we look forward to continuing our residence here.

  We had such a wonderful experience working with Jaeleen at 19South! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting our apartment and made everything so much easier for us. She was always available when we needed her, incredibly kind and patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even after moving in, she continues to be someone I can count on whenever I need something! We’re so grateful for everything she has done for us and couldn’t recommend her enough!
