  Obidas is very efficient when providing maintenance issues. He fixed my dishwasher and freezer within a few minutes. He always seems to know what the problem is and is able to fix it right away. He is promp and courteous.

  Moved in alittle over a year ago. I love the location, the apartments and most of all the kind residents. Sharon has been kind and professional, she is assisting me in my transition to a new apartment which has my perferred layout.

  From the very first step into the Riverwalk Pointe community, I felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, creating an immediate sense of comfort and belonging. Chris and Sharon are unbelievable! What truly stands out is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Every interaction reflected care, respect, and attention to detail. The community is exceptionally clean, organized, and thoughtfully cared for, which speaks volumes about the people behind it. Riverwalk Pointe is more than just a community, it feels like a place where people truly matter, where warmth meets professionalism, and where excellence quietly speaks for itself.

  Management responded in a timely manner to fix my smoke alarms. Both management and maintenance did a fast fix and always respond promptly
