  My husband I have had such a wonderful experience living at Floresta Apartments! From day one, Semaj, Aneisha, and Oneisha have been incredibly welcoming, professional, and easy to work with. They are always kind, attentive, and genuinely care about their residents, making every interaction a positive one. The customer service at Floresta Apartments is truly exceptional, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in creating a welcoming community. We genuinely appreciate everything Semaj, Aneisha, and Oneisha do to make residents feel valued. We highly recommend Floresta Apartments to anyone looking for a place where you’ll feel at home from day one!

  first 15 month lease is almost up and I have had zero issues. staff is prompt and proffessional, grounds are very well maintained. the few maintance calls i placed were taken care of completly and done proffesionally with 24 hours. If you can read the lease, afford the rent and follow the rules this is the place to be. I noticed almost all negative reviews here are from people that do not follow the rules and were not renewed. which is shocking because the rules are no different than any other rental. rent here is competitive for the area, which is one of the safest places in the united states. juno beach is 15 min away duboise park is the same, publix is right across the street, school district is A rated, very dog friendly not just in the complex but the area in whole, massive walking trails around multiple lakes, and we are 10 min away from 95 and the turnpike ramps making it conviently close to everything.

  I lived there for almost a year and had nothing but a wonderful experience. The place is clean well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. When it was time to move in and out they made very simple and easy in both processes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great community in the Jupiter area.

  Living here has been beyond frustrating. The leasing office staff is consistently rude and completely unhelpful. Maintenance issues either take forever to be addressed or get ignored altogether, and there’s zero sense of urgency when it comes to anything affecting the community. Safety is also a concern. Kids are constantly playing in the streets, which is concerning because there seems to be little to no supervision—it honestly feels like an accident waiting to happen. Parking is a nightmare. There are never enough spaces, and residents are basically forced to park illegally just to have somewhere to leave their cars. On top of that, many residents don’t clean up after their dogs or keep them on leashes, which makes the environment feel even more neglected and poorly managed. Overall, management does not seem to care about maintaining a safe, clean, or functional living environment. I would not recommend living here.
