  Living here has been beyond frustrating. The leasing office staff is consistently rude and completely unhelpful. Maintenance issues either take forever to be addressed or get ignored altogether, and there’s zero sense of urgency when it comes to anything affecting the community. Safety is also a concern. Kids are constantly playing in the streets, which is concerning because there seems to be little to no supervision—it honestly feels like an accident waiting to happen. Parking is a nightmare. There are never enough spaces, and residents are basically forced to park illegally just to have somewhere to leave their cars. On top of that, many residents don’t clean up after their dogs or keep them on leashes, which makes the environment feel even more neglected and poorly managed. Overall, management does not seem to care about maintaining a safe, clean, or functional living environment. I would not recommend living here.

  I lived here since the pandemic. When I moved in the carpets had to be changed because the urine from the previous owner’s pet was still on the carpet!. The place had not been cleaned. The office agreed to change to floors which was a nightmare because at this point my furniture was in the apartment. The flooring people were terrible, they covered nothing, and the dust was everywhere.. I battled a mold problem for years. The office said it was my AC settings, so I kept my AC on 68 and 0 change. The mold was so bad my shower curtains had to be changed monthly because they turned black. I am not the only one that had this issue, these apartments are known for this. I bought 3 dehumidifiers and I collected so much water on a daily basis. When I moved out I discovered my furniture also got mold. I tossed all the furniture. If you feel sick, tired, body aches, and do not understand why, it is mold intoxication. I no longer wake up with a stuffy nose, or sore throat, since moving out. Oh and keep an eye on your fees! I paid for a renters insurance policy and was charged by the leasing office for an entire year. I brought it to the attention of the manager upon my move and she told me she could not provide a refund for this because it had been two years since the overpayment. I have never heard of anyone overpaying for something or being overcharged, and not being able to get reimbursed. I have not been able to get a number to corporate and any number I call I am told they are independent owners. I am owed more than $300+ imagine if I owed them that where I would be! Collections and/or court. I gave it 3 stars because the community is clean.

  Beautiful place. I used to live here 4 years ago and Aleisha and Oneisha called me today because a package arrived there by accident. They were helpful and friendly and were able to store my package safely so I can get it.

  Dirty, noisy, and rude employees. Dog poop is everywhere, there is absolutely NO parking, safety lighting is out constantly making it very unsafe if you come home late at night. Rent increases are outrageous. Sticker on car window due to car being improperly parked that can't be removed (work until late at night). Fees for everything.

  Horribly managed community and consistently rising rent each year. Also the girls in the front office are super rude and unfriendly.
