  Dave was patient, informative about the area, pointed out construction items in condos we looked at. He worked on my behalf to show me homes that I would like after getting to know me so he didnt waste my time with areas or condos that I would not consider. From the beginning up until the closing and after Dave did a great job in getting the right price and making me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend engaging with Dave for your home out.

  Dave helped my husband and I find a beautiful rental property (SITE UNSEEN!) a couple years ago when we had just moved here- it hadn't even been officially listed yet and it was gorgeous, clean, and we were THRILLED to snag it! He was extremely accommodating and provided virtual tours via FaceTime of ALL the properties we were interested in which was utterly helpful since we weren’t available to check anything out in person. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him again when we were ready to start the home buying process- he was our first and only call and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. From Dave's patience with us throughout the (long) search finding our perfect home (first time home buyers!), his knowledge of the loan process and invaluable guidance through the offer and negotiation phases- we are OVER THE MOON happy with our new home purchase and consider Dave not only our "go-to guy" for ALL things real estate, but also a trusted family friend.
