  I initially wrote a nice review but only because the staff begged me to because they are clearly instructed on doing so in order to garner more good reviews lol. I currently live here and have been for more than 6 months and this apartment complex is awful in every aspect. The neighbors are elderly, likely senile, and quite rude. They complain about anything and everything. This place may look nice on the surface but I can assure you it's not a great place to live. If you're under the age of 30 I highly suggest you do not move here. This should be advertised as a community for 65+ because the older folks here are impossible to deal with. The staff are not impressive either, unfortunately. The robotic, careless replies I've received during every interaction with them is incredibly disturbing. For staff that works at an apartment complex 6 days a week you would think they care about people's living experience - as it's their job- but they don't. It's unfortunate that the people here are this way. I pay 3k a month and it's just NOT worth it. Save your money and time and move elsewhere. For what I pay I could be in a house. There is absolutely nothing glamorous about living here when you can't enjoy anything without someone's grandma or grandpa running their mouth! And there's nothing good to say about the girls at the office- just read the other reviews! This place would really benefit from hiring more qualified, caring staff. The superficial tone they constantly use is unprofessional and very concerning. Clearly this company doesn't care for the way their staff represents them. We recently had a maintenance man arrested and he still lives in the complex and is working here! Several women have complained about him and do not let him into their apartment for maintenance work. None of this is false. Ask around the complex if you really want to know. Don't just listen to the girls at the office who don't benefit from tell you the truth! Be weary! Leaving this review so you guys don't dupe another 20 something year old into moving here. I wholeheartedly regret moving here and truly have nothing good to say about this place except the inside of my apartment is nice lol but definitely not worth the money considering all the headaches this place gives me!

  We’ve absolutely loved living here. The Jasmine layout feels more like a little beach house than an apartment, open, cozy, with large palm trees and tropical greenery right outside your patio. Building 119 is one of the best locations in the community, close to the trail and amazing for dog walks. It’s peaceful, private, and honestly feels like being on holiday year-round....🌴

  I am so glad I found this place. My apartment is great. The application process was so easy. Thalia, Barcelona Team Member, answered all my questions and processed my paperwork so quickly. I also rented a garage which I locked myself out of a few days after I got it. Again I reached out to Thalia for help and she was responsive. I was back in the garage in no time. I have not really tried all the amenities yet but they appear to be very nice. The pool is large and the gym has great equipment. There is also a pool table! The coffee machine in the clubhouse makes yummy hot chocolate. Thank you to the Barcelona Jupiter team for making me feel so welcome.
