  I've only been here a month, but so far everyone has been just excellent. The staff, while a bit non committal have been very courteous and genuinely pleasant. The location is awesome. We seem to be at the end of a bunch of industrial and service based companies...asphalt, cabinets, tile and granite companies. Yet we are incredibly close to baymeadows road. I lack nothing here so far. And from what I see, so far so good!

  Great place to live! My apartment is on the lake. The fountain is beautiful and it is quiet and peaceful. There are many animals including ducks, geese, other birds, turtles, and a turkey. The office staff all know me by name. Yini, Cozette and the team are always nice and very helpful. They had a pop-up event recently with homemade deserts, handmade jewelry, perfume, and other vendors. It is truly a great place to live.

  I’ve had a great experience with Vue Apartments so far. I really liked the apartment and the overall atmosphere of the community. Persy was especially amazing—very friendly, professional, and quick to help with everything throughout the process. Her attention and communication made the experience smooth and welcoming. Definitely a great first impression!

  Great property. Multiple styles of floorplans to accommodate anyone. The staff is phenomenal as well...Especially Sena! She is a complete Rockstar!

  El PEOR condominio que hay en Jacksonville el servicio es pésimo y mi apartamento infestado en cucarachas !! 🪳🪳🪳 Me tuve que ir porque era invivible y tuve que pagar $4500 para irme son unos estafadores ! Sus aplicaciones para mantenimiento no funcionan, no tienen respeto ni control de las quejas y violan el contrato cuando ellos quieren además no controlan las mascotas y la limpieza es horrible.
