  I have been living here for a few months now and It has been a horrible experience nonstop maintenance work orders hardly any of the electrical outlets work because they are extremely loose my fire alarm had to be fixed I haven’t had a washer for almost a month now yesterday my A/C went out in 90+ weather the maintenance guy comes out in the morning say he added Freon and left without checking if it’s working correctly then closes my work orders and I had to put a new one in I will be talking to the front office because I will not be paying a full months worth of rent Update: Brand new Washer Flooded Apartment Yay!!!!!!!

  I recently did a tour of this complex for my niece - beautiful, clean and felt safe! While in the office I overheard the property manager, Cozette, going above and beyond for their tenant over a minor issue. It was rather refreshing to witness and ultimately solidified my decision to move my niece here. 12/10 recommend!!

  I just want to say I have lived at these apartments for over a year and Cozette has been nothing but helpful to me and my husband. My car got towed illegally and Cozette made it a point to get my car back. She offered to pay out-of-pocket for my vehicle, even though it was not her fault. She is very helpful with anything that you need help with and she has great customer service. She’s always here at the complex going above and beyond to make sure the apartments are nice and well kept. We are grateful for her and if you’re looking for a great apartment complex that is nice and quiet and great people in the office this is the place to rent from.

  My experience moving into the Vue at Bay Meadows was exceptional! Everything was done online as I was moving from over 300 miles away. My leasing agent Yinerva kept in communication with me through the whole process and responded promptly to all my queries. My first in person visit was the day I collected my keys to move in and everything was as I’d expected, though I did have a family member living nearby visiting the property prior to signing my lease.

  Léelo esta en español al final I have had a terrible experience with the staff at this condominium complex; the facilities are quite good, and I have lived here for three years, but the office staff are extremely incompetent—every single one of them (excluding the maintenance crew, who have nothing to do with this issue). To this day, I have an enormous outstanding balance from my previous apartment in this same complex due to a lack of information; I went to the office many times seeking answers, but none were ever provided. Now I have to pay the price for the poor work of Cozette (the manager), Yinerva, and Percy—yes, I am naming names—because, despite knowing about their poor performance and incompetence, they lacked the courage to take responsibility for their actions. Tengo pésima experiencia de los trabajadores de este condominio, las instalaciones son bastante buenas y he vivido durante tres años aquí las personas de la de la oficina son extremadamente incompetentes Todas sin incluir el personal de mantenimiento que no tiene nada que ver con lo que estoy diciendo yo a día de hoy tengo acumulado un saldo altísimo de mi apartamento pasado en este mismo condominio por falta de información y fue muchas veces a la aficina en busca de información pero nunca se me brindo ahora tengo que pagar el mal trabajo de Cozette la manager Yinerva y Percy si por queyo hablo con nombres que aun sabiendo de su mal trabajo y incompetencia no tuvieron valor de asumir sus responsabilidades Las primeras cuatro fotos son de cuando cambié de apartamento y pagando el trasfer por adelantado como exige la propiedad me cambiaron de apartamentos y todo fue un desastre hasta que al final me pudieron dar un apartamento que me convenía el que yo había visto y habíamos hablado desde un principio me lo cambiaron y se lo dieron otra persona
