  THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! FROM THE FLOOR PLANS to THE COMMUNITY I SUGGEST EVERYONE MOVE HERE! I WANNA GIVE A SPECIAL SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO MY GUY SHELDONNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LEASING AGENT IVE EVER MET HES EXTREMELY PATIENT AND VERY THOROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! THANK YOU SHELDON FOR HELOING HS FIND OUR NEW HOME!!!! :)

  want to start off by saying how awesome Ivanna was during our entire move-in process from the beginning & continues to be the best of the best! jennifer & sheldon were also super helpful during the process as well! very friendly staff, are always on top of their tenants needs, many events within the building, & overall great atmosphere even with neighbors! everybody is extremely kind so far. the unit we opted for, even with it being a studio, is very spacious & overall the vibe itself attracts a young crowd which is super cool & unique. my favorite part is definitely the security of the building needing a key fob for access makes me feel safer about being in this side of jax. besides that, rooftop is a big selling point being able to have a chill hangout with friends playing cornhole, grilling, & the city view. definitely a great place to stay & i have 0 complaints. very grateful for this experience & to be a part of the community here!

  Loved all of the staff, they made it easy to find a new home allthewhile making it enjoyable to communicate and quick to reach out. Yvonna did wonderfully and was very positive and outgoing! It’s nice to interact with people that you can connect with and if you’re looking to find a cozy atmosphere you won’t find much better than here!

  I take my reviews seriously and always speak honestly and thoughtfully. Jennifer, the new manager, has been an exceptional addition truly someone who brings clarity, understanding, and professionalism in situations that can often feel overwhelming. Prior to her arrival, I had strongly considered breaking my lease due to a lack of support from previous management. However, since Jennifer joined, my experience has completely changed. Her leadership has renewed my appreciation for Union Terminal Warehouse and transformed it into a place I genuinely enjoy calling home once again. As the saying goes, your home should be a place of peace and that is exactly what it has become for me. In addition, the office staff consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all residents. Union Terminal Warehouse offers an affordable and thoughtfully designed living space, and I can sincerely say my experience here has been a positive one.

  After a lot of searching, I'm so glad I chose Union Terminal Warehouse — and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move in this past March. From the very beginning, Ivana and Sheldon set the tone for what has been an exceptional experience. They were professional, genuinely helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. When life threw me a curveball and I needed to adjust my move-in date, they handled it without missing a beat — no hassle, no headache, just a quick and easy accommodation. That kind of flexibility says a lot about the team here. What really stood out was how invested Jennifer, the leasing manager, was in making sure the space felt like mine. She went above and beyond — offering thoughtful suggestions on how to decorate and personalize the space, and consistently checking in to make sure everything was going well after move-in. That level of personal care and attention is rare, and it made the whole transition so much smoother and more enjoyable. The space itself has a fantastic open-air industrial aesthetic that gives it a character you won't find in your average facility. It's the kind of place that actually feels cool to work out of — not just functional, but inspiring. And the sense of community here is something else entirely. The team organizes a variety of monthly events that bring tenants together and make this feel like so much more than just a place to rent a space — it truly feels like a community you actually want to be part of. On the operations side, any service requests I've submitted have been addressed quickly and efficiently. It's clear that the management team actually cares about the tenant experience, not just getting you through the door. Top it all off with a great location and excellent amenities, and Union Terminal Warehouse checks every box. Whether you're a small business, a creative, or just someone who appreciates a well-run, well-designed space — I'd highly recommend this place without hesitation.
