  The amount of homeless individuals that have walked right on our balcony, and tried to allow themselves in our home is insane. You have a “officer” on sight but never once have I seen them do their actual job. Anytime you bring any issue up to the management they back paddle, and try to spin it back onto you as if you’re the issue. Trash all around, save your energy and move somewhere actually nice.

  Came in before my appointment time, only one loader was working, David, he was efficient and quick with his work, good guy all around with attitude and everything, got in quick and got out quick.

  Had an incredible tour this morning with sam! She was so incredibly helpful and a true delight! The building is so chic and incredibly clean! Hope I will get to make this my new home soon!

  I had a wonderful experience touring Union Terminal Warehouse Apartments. The building is absolutely beautiful, and I really appreciate the care that was taken to preserve its historic character. Samantha M. did an outstanding job showing me around, answering questions, and going the extra mile to make sure I got a complete tour of the property. It would be a truly unique place to live, and I was very impressed with both the building and the staff.
