  Best experience I have ever had with an apartment complex! Gorgeous apartments! Very clean with great appliances, I don’t think I have seen a single bug, maintenance is very timely (within 24 hours of request during the work week,) no issues with noise of neighbors. Very friendly residents makes for a real sense of community that I have not experienced before. Leasing office staff are all angels! They make themselves available for any needs residents have! Ivana and Sheldon are two of the leasing agents that have been especially helpful! Huge thank you to them both🫶. The coffee shop downstairs, Morning oil, is absolutely delicious. Mary and Phil are so welcoming and really know how make a coffee. Could not hype this place up enough, best decision I ever made.

  Union Terminal Warehouse has been an outstanding place to work with. The entire team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. A special thank you to Jennifer, the property manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s knowledgeable, approachable, and always quick to help with any questions or concerns. Her dedication and professionalism make a real difference. I highly recommend Union Terminal Warehouse to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed warehouse facility.

  The amount of homeless individuals that have walked right on our balcony, and tried to allow themselves in our home is insane. You have a “officer” on sight but never once have I seen them do their actual job. Anytime you bring any issue up to the management they back paddle, and try to spin it back onto you as if you’re the issue. Trash all around, save your energy and move somewhere actually nice.
