But I will say, my husband and I have been here almost 2 years now and the ladies in the office, Natalya and Nanalee are absolutely amazing ! Anytime we have ever needed help with anything in our apartment, these ladies are quick to get maintenance workers there in no time to help us resolve our issue! Don’t get us started on the food trucks monthly too!? Everyone really has made our living experience here amazing, we are so happy we found this place (:

I UNDERSTAND SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE CHOICES BUT THIS PROPERTY IS SO OLD AND SO RUN DOWN ALL OF THE BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING THAT YOU SEE IS COMPLETELY DEAD AND BROWN- I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO LIVE THERE 😔
- BRBrandon RougeMar 4, 20265.0Moved in back in October and I've been really happy here. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the gated entrance makes it feel secure. Have to give a special shoutout to Natalya in the leasing office she's incredibly helpful and professional, and genuinely makes you feel at home every time you stop by. Maintenance is also top notch; every request I've had has been handled within a day or two by a friendly, efficient team. Only minor thing is the kitchen runs a little small, but honestly it's easy to work with and a small trade-off for everything else this place has going for it. Highly recommend Timber Walk at Mandarin!
