I have had the pleasure and privilege of working with Cindy and Jen on many occasions as a single mom, life isn’t always easy and I thank them always for their grace and support through thick and thin. They really try their all to help and their candor is heartfelt and sincere. My 9 year old loves it here, the many actives are such a great way for the kids to get together. Thank you to at all the office !

Edit: the “maintenance supervisor” came out to seal our apartment . Came on Wednesday did HALF OF OUR BATHROOM AND HALF OF OUR LAUNDRY ROOM and hasn’t been back since. September can not come soon enough! My lease is up and I can’t get out of here fast enough . The picture of the roach below is now the 8th time I have reached out to the office after I have found at this point more than 15 roaches in my apartment . Each time I get the same response from the office , “ I’m sorry , we will put you on the list for pest control on Wednesday “ at this point let’s be real and say that pest control isn’t fixing the problem. I have lived in all types of apartments from ran down to brand new apartments and I have NEVER had roaches in my apartment . We are not dirty people and when I roll over and see that next to my bed it makes me want to leave NOW! The other picture is of somebody who decided to throw out a bunch of furniture in front of the community and this is now the second time that this has happened . I pay $2,500 for this place and feel like it’s just money going down the drain . Nothing about this place is considered luxury . You have a better chance going next door to the Aston and it’s cheaper and way nicer . I wish I could break my lease right now and get out and spend my money else where that is actually worth it . This place is trash and I can’t wait to leave this and the roaches behind .

Title: “Luxury” — Not Even Close I held off on writing this review for seven months, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, the experience has only gotten worse since move-in. Our issues began before we even moved in. While visiting prior to relocating, we requested to tour the actual unit we would be living in, but were told it “wasn’t ready” just two days before move-in. The interaction felt dismissive, with no clear explanation. Because we were relocating from out of state, we requested a video walkthrough, which was approved but never completed. On move-in day, the apartment was in unacceptable condition. Appliances were damaged and rusted, paint was incomplete, flooring was worn, and the countertop was not properly secured. This did not reflect a “luxury” community. We then experienced issues with the required internet service. Even after upgrading speeds, we had no connection. Multiple calls led to conflicting information, missed appointments, and no-shows. When we escalated the issue, we were incorrectly told the appointment had been canceled by my spouse, which was untrue. After over a week, the issue was resolved, but the experience set a negative tone.Shortly after, we had a situation involving a noise complaint. We had music playing at a reasonable level when security asked us to lower it, and we immediately complied. The next morning, management claimed police had been called because we refused, which was completely false. No police came, and we had already resolved the issue. When we requested proof, none was provided, raising concerns about communication and accountability.Maintenance issues became another ongoing problem. The dishwasher developed an odor and began leaking, while the garbage disposal repeatedly malfunctioned and tripped the breaker. Multiple repair attempts were made with different explanations, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, the disposal failed completely, leaking water under the sink. After-hours maintenance told us to “put a bucket under it,” despite leaks being considered emergencies. Both appliances were replaced the next day after multiple failed repairs.Safety has also been a concern. There have been multiple vehicle break-ins within the community, with little visible effort to increase security. Cameras were eventually installed, but initially placed around the leasing office instead of residential areas where incidents were occurring. We have also dealt with ongoing pest control issues. Despite multiple treatments, we continue to see roaches weekly, suggesting a larger problem. While some entry points were identified, the work to seal them was incomplete, making the effort ineffective.Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between poor move-in conditions, ongoing maintenance failures, lack of accountability, safety concerns, and unresolved pest issues, this community has consistently fallen short of the “luxury” standard it advertises. These are not isolated incidents but a pattern of mismanagement. Prospective residents should take this into serious consideration before signing a lease.
