  Hello, This is Ingrid Browley again. I need to apologize to my readers because my nurse Practitioner told me to start taking my anxiety pills in the morning instead of at night bedtime. All you people that are posting negative comments, I 💯 know that it is true. I have never been on anxiety pills since I moved in this place. I live in building 4 on the 2nd floor. Everyone of you complaints are true. I have had police come to my apartment some good but God really got fed up wit them messing with his child. I am very religious and Satan is very busy. They had this one Caucasian police lady to call my daughter and say to her that she is no doctor but she feel like Iam on the borderline of dementia, bipolar, and something else. I went down to the hub station to make a complaint because about an hour after this police lady called my daughter Sam the manager called my daughter and had the nerve to say to my daughter, I didn't hear what the police was telling you but I was just calling to see if your mother was alright. I was 38 hot but I couldn't show that to my daughter. I just told her remember God and Christ are protecting us. I hung up from her and called non emergency police. I asked to speak to her Supervisor and I told her I will tell her how nice she is. Her supervisor answered the call and I told her what all was going on. I told her I had a cousin on the force but he passed away and I asked did she know him? It seemed to touch her because she said they talked all the time. She told me that she was sending 2 officers out here to talk to me and they will come back and report to her. I have notes from my doctor's stating that I should be living in a front apartment. She has done nothing about it. The neighbor upstairs make so much noise that I said he needs an exorcist. They have been stealing from me from the time I moved here. The 3 police that came read the letters from my doctor's, they also turned my thermostat up when I wasn't home twice. I wasn't raised like this, this is pure evil. They cracked an outlet on my wall. One of the earlier policeman told me to change it. The last two told me not to touch it. I know I didn't have those things that police lady said because some of the things my daughter mentioned, I emailed it to the manager. God is good but he has his vengeance when you bother his children. I went to see my Neurologist. I let him read my other doctor letters and I told him what the police lady said. He said it's nothing wrong with you. I said can you just do the tests so this won't follow me or be on my records. Guess what people? I am good. I know I was, God and Christ knew I was. I am moving out of here at the end of August. By the way, this is a no smoking building. I have asthma. I told the manager. Nothing was done about it. Once I move my lawyer and I will put our heads together. My asthma doctor says if I need him he will be there, my Neurologist and all the rest. Now do you see how good God and Christ is? Amen

  Oasis at Town Center is spectacular. The property is beautiful, and the attentive staff do an amazing job keeping things up to date, responding to requests, and taking care of their residents. As someone who's lived in this community since they first opened, I must say it truly feels like home. This by far the best apartment complex in Jacksonville!

  My experience was a one month stay and I asked to be released from my annual lease which they did approve, I had rented a unit on the first floor, the staff was always very polite and helpful but I had roach issues, they started appearing on the 3rd day, I notified the staff and they did spray in my unit, I still saw a few alive and dead so I notified them again and they did spray again. It’s random spraying as needed from tenants which is just moving the problem around as I soon found out. On my second spray in one month they moved the dishwasher out and there was a cluster of saw dust, roach feces, roach egg nests indicating a live going scene. I incurred significant expenses to move in and out and my rent, I’m out 3700 dollars. I did contact upper management to see about getting reimbursement for my expenses and they said sorry not going to happen. So I felt the need to pay it forward and at least provide information for people considering this property. Please read the yelp reviews also as there are other tenants with roach issues. I can’t recover my losses but I can make others aware so they can make an educated decision about the property. Didn’t want to leave a bad review experience but had no choice.

  my husband and I loved living at the Oasis! The staff was outstanding, and the amenities were top-notch. We were treated so well here and had an incredible experience. Highly recommend!
