  If I could give zero stars I would. The management here is terrible. This place advertises themselves as a smoke free community despite half the neighbors in my building smoking weed outside my door. There’s one small compactor for the entire complex, so you either have to walk 30 minutes to take your trash out or put it in your car. Half the time the handle on the compactor is broken and all the trash just piles up outside the compactor. Disgusting. Kind of crazy when I’m being charged more for trash than I was previously a few months ago when I moved here. Useless inspections constantly. Good luck feeling like you have any privacy whatsoever. Is it really that hard to have the apartment inspected for everything before I move in? Get ready for the fire alarms to blast for 10 Minutes straight in the morning for no reason. Also, enjoy constant cockroaches and waiting 2 weeks for pest control to come. The pool and hot tub are nice when the neighbors aren’t trashing it with half eaten watermelon on the pool deck, empty bags of chips in the pool, with children throwing rocks everywhere. The notification letters are misleading as well. They asked my girlfriend (who’s also a resident here) to remove her bike by the 12th of August from outside her door, but on the 11th they broke the lock and took the bike. Their justification is that it was a “lease violation”. For how much we’re paying to be here, we could’ve had at least a phone call, instead of a misleading letter they didn’t want to adhere to. I tried to get the bike back, it “disappeared” I guess. They must’ve thrown it out. Typical. They also flooded her apartment when powerwashing outside. The lack of respect and communication with management is awful. Another thing to add: they raised her rent before the end of her lease agreement. Don’t trust these people when they give you a price about how much it costs to live here. I regret moving here, and I advise anyone that wants to move to this location to just pay more and move into the Club at town center across the street. I’ve never even lived there but anything would be a better alternative to here. Every time there’s an issue, and I try to resolve it with management it seems to go nowhere, running in circles. Terrible experience. I cannot wait to move out.
