  I’ve had such a great experience with Club at Town Center! The entire team is always so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Maria, Kathleen, Londyn, and Ashley in the office are incredibly helpful and kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community. The property itself is also very well maintained and always looks great. Darnell, Jason, and the maintenance team do an amazing job keeping everything taken care of and making sure the community stays clean and inviting. I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone who appreciates a beautiful home and community members who truly care about their residents.

  *Warning ⚠️ Long Review* Heavy feet neighbor still continue to pace around from room to room. I can assume top and bottom have the same layout and I can tell when they are walking from room to room or around the living room area. Randomly out of nowhere it sounds like there's a thunderstorm above me head with how heavy they walk around. Early mornings, midday or evening it's random but it's constantly happening. I understand it's not the owners fault for the stomping but it's their fault for having such thin ceilings in the first place with no dampening. Their fault for not letting the inhabitants know about the complaints they have received. The complex themselves have yet to verify doing anything about it either. They have the discretion to treat certain people better than others and I know for fact that it's happening to some extent somewhere. Since they moved in, it's been nothing but distrubances from upstairs. The inhabitants are clearly inconsiderate and ignorant to the fact that they are stomping and sometimes it sounds like it's being done purposefully to cause a disturbance. It's a dag on shame how someone with a heavier frame wouldn't think about the fact that sound travels and that they are in an upper apartment and therefore how they walk around would affect their surroundings because they surely have to feel the vibration and hear the hollowness in the floors. I'm beyond fed up with their actions and honestly if it would be truly worth the time I'd have gotten law enforcement involved for breaking the noise laws. I recorded them here and there stomping around for evidence to prove the timeframe of them breaking the city noise code. I may just in up doing it here soon because enough is enough. Distrubance of peace is a crime and I've tried to deal with it enough. I run my air constantly because the suction sound is just loud enough to baffle some of it. TV volume around medium, HVAC air on, air pump for aquariums on with bubblers and they stomp so hard it's still audible enough to be caught on video. Back and forth, back and forth like band practice. I also have a front light but no switch in my apartment turns it on nor does it have a automatic feature. Just a dead and dirty lamp out there. I'll upload a picture of a unfinished part of their "renovations" in the kitchen. They replaced the light but didn't cover the old hole nor paint over it but I guarantee they'll try and blame us but it's clear that it's something they failed to do. Secondary toilet was not bolted to the ground so it clunks whenever it's sat down on. It's a long review but it's just simply frustrating having to deal with the specific problem of the marching band upstairs randomly throughout the day.

  Realmente, la experiencia de vivir en este lugar no fue tan mala. Pagamos puntualmente y cumplimos con todas nuestras obligaciones. En general, vivimos bien durante nuestra estancia. Lo realmente incómodo comenzó cuando tomamos la decisión de mudarnos. Nos hicieron cargos que consideramos altos e injustos, basados en reportes con los que no estamos de acuerdo. Nos indicaron que enviáramos nuestras inquietudes, pero nunca respondieron y simplemente dejaron pasar el tiempo, dando la impresión de que esperan que uno termine pagando sin recibir una explicación adecuada. Cuando un residente publica una reseña, la respuesta siempre es que se comunique con la administración para revisar el caso. Mi esposa ya lo hizo y no pasó absolutamente nada. No ofrecen una solución real y solo responden que no pueden reconsiderar ningún cargo. Por eso, les pediría que no respondan esta reseña diciendo que nos comuniquemos con ustedes, porque ya lo hicimos y no obtuvimos ninguna ayuda ni solución. Esa ha sido, sin duda, la parte más decepcionante de nuestra experiencia.

  Vivimos dos años y dos meses en este lugar, no puedo decir que fue malo, fue agradable, tranquilo y todos los daños que necesitábamos eran reparados. Pero, lamentablemente al momento de mudarnos, empezó lo complejo, cobraron por muchas cosas que no estábamos de acuerdo, ya que algunos daños ya estaban cuando recibimos el apartamento. Por ejemplo también, hacen un cobro alto relacionado con la tina que entregan pintada y no nueva, que con el paso del tiempo y uso la pintura se va desgastando, lo cobran como daño. Además nunca contestan los correos con las aclaraciones y fotos o sustento pertinentes al daño, aún estamos a la espera del correo. Dicen abajo que nos apoyan y no lo hicieron es mentira. Dicen en la respuesta a esta reseña, te vamos apoyar contáctanos personalmente que ayudaremos a resolver cualquier inquietud, lo hice, fui varias veces, enviamos correos y nunca tuvimos una respuesta justificada ni basada en evidencia real de lo que pedíamos sustento, entonces ni mientan contestando esta reseña con apoyo que nunca fue recibido y finalmente solo por no tener el reporte tuvimos que pagar la gana de lol que cobraron, aun así, fue injusto algunos cobros, pero, no queríamos tener un reporte, creo que se aprovechan de eso.

  My experience at The Club At Town Center has not been the greatest since moving in a year ago. I am a college student who needed to find last minute housing in which The Club At Town Center was one of the “cheaper”’ options. I understand getting what you pay for as it is no luxury apartment, however even for the outrageous fees they charge you for every month nothing seems to get done around here, and it is overall not worth its “cheaper”’ price. I only give it two stars because of its convenience as it is close to not only Town Center and other major shopping centers, but it is very close to UNF, allowing me to get to school quickly and safely. Despite being next to the interstate, it is quiet for the most part, as neighbors do mind their own business and respect others areas. However, the bad outweighs the good. Firstly, believe the other reviews when they say management is unresponsive and does nothing. Within my first few months of living here, the lockers in the package room were broken, in which packages were just thrown and scattered all over the floor. This then led my over $100 Victoria’s Secret package to get stolen. When I reached out to management, they told me they had no cameras to see who may have stole the package, and I didn’t even receive an apology. THEN a few months later my flower pots and flowers got stolen off of my front door. When I reached out to see if someone from maintenance or management may have taken them, they said they don’t know what happened to them and that they would give me a $50 credit towards my account, in which I not have once seen since the incident a few months ago. Don’t get me started with the constant appliance issues. Between the clogged garbage disposal I don’t even use that starts smoking in which got fixed and now has to be fixed AGAIN for the same reason, and the mold coming from my ceiling which they covered, said they “couldn’t find anything” that would have caused this random mold spot to appear, which has now ALSO came back. When I first moved in the lint trap to my dryer was broken and ended up falling off in the dryer with my clothes while I was doing laundry, almost like they don’t even check the place or do inspections before people move in. It’s ridiculous. My smoke detector constantly falls off the ceiling, and everything is just broken, cracked, or poorly painted. The pest issue is insane. Wasps nests constantly appearing on my porch, tiny pests coming from every crevice. I know we are in Florida but still. They should be at least checking for things like these. My first few months of living here I constantly had fire ants finding their way into my apartment. Let’s not forget the random fees and charges they threaten. Every time they do their checks and walk arounds for instance leaving fire extinguishers outside, apartment safety checks, valet trash can, something always comes with a charge if you don’t do it. Mind you, they only let you know usually 2 days in advance. I swear it’s on purpose to get money out of you in some way. If you’re someone who needs a temporary place to stay and don’t plan on signing too long of a lease, then I’d recommend being here for the little while, however, don’t expect to want to be here long term.
