  I’ve really enjoyed living at the Avenues. Sonia K. was wonderful and made the application process super easy. She was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Sonia did a great job of letting me know about all the amenities offered. She wasn’t kidding when she said maintenance is on top of things. Anytime I needed something done by maintenance they addressed it quickly and completed it quickly as well. After I applied Sonia kept up with me to make sure everything was processing correctly and I was in my new apartment within a couple days of applying. Thank you Sonia for being awesome!

  I had the most amazing signing experience here! Sonia Kelpler was my leasing agent and she made the process so easy. Your leasing agent really is your first impression when shopping for apartments and her kindness and willingness to answer my endless list of questions and in combination with these apartments being fabulous really sold me on my decision to live here! Def recommend 10/10🙌🙌

  Since I moved into these apartments I have been having problem after problem after problem. From all the different types of bugs, to the sliding patio door lifting up out of the ground, to no AC entering the master bedroom, to toilets not flushing or being backed into the other bathroom, to black stuff coming out the master shower and the guest bathroom tub, to windows leaking when it rains flooding the floor, to dryer going out, to refrigerator not getting to cold to now the oven and stove top not heating. Its already bad enough they dont have ceiling light. They are only in the kitchen and bathroom. Im sick of these apartments and I would not recommend these Apartments to anyone. The only reason im still here is because of my man.

  Avenue is one of the largest and best-maintained apartment communities in the Jacksonville area. The property offers nine swimming pools, a large professional fitness center with a professional trainer, and two sand volleyball courts. The property is very well maintained, and the service department provides excellent customer service. A special thank-you to Service Manager Damir Dojic and his team. They are very responsive and usually complete service requests the same day, which makes living at Avenue even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Avenue is a great place to live, with excellent amenities, well-maintained facilities, and a professional and responsive service team.

  Aldo has been absolutely amazing with all my maintenance needs. As someone in a wheelchair, it is very unnerving to have things happen in my living space. He makes that so much more comfortable for me. He is very friendly and timely in solving those maintenance requests. I see his skill and expertise in all the issues he has solved for me. Also very trustworthy and communicates with me in times when he has to enter to fix a problem and I can’t be there.
