It’s pretty and floor plan is cool. Everything has the landlord special though, it’s all covered in paint and feels so tacky and sticky. Some staff in the leasing office would rather do anything else than have to deal with you. The guy I worked with to get the apt. Danny, was very dismissive of my issue when I couldn’t get into the pool or gym because the app they use for it wasn’t connecting me. He told me to just call customer service myself and I did and customer service said that is entirely the job for the leasing manager and I shouldn’t have to do his job. When I came back to him he tried so hard to put my issues onto other staff, all he had to do was call customer service himself and DO HIS JOB !!! Also when signing the lease, they didn’t mention ANYTHING about my key, you have to use an app to get a password, so thankfully I had a roommate to let me inside or else I would’ve been stuck outside. The apps for the amenities are dog shit and they’re so buggy, hence why I had to keep bothering the leasing office to help me with the apps so I can access things! You can get a better apartment for cheaper, this place tries to act luxurious but it’s really not. They also get mad if you have pots outside, they want everything to look cookie cutter, you’re paying a lot of money for property you can’t really decorate

I’ve been living here almost two months and so far I really like this apartment complex. I’m in a two bedroom and it is very spacious, lots of closet space, and I have a gorgeous view of the pond behind my place so I get to watch all the wildlife frolicking outside. I’ve had a couple maintenance issues since I moved in, one being the fridge was broken. They came and checked it out and determined I needed a new one. Victor from the maintenance team did an amazing job getting my new fridge set up! To be honest I was surprised he was able to lug it up three flights of stairs… He was very professional and got the job done fast. I worked with Jacob getting my lease set up. I had moved here from across the country and he was great helping me get through the process from long distance. Great place!
I visited during the week and then returned on Saturday with my wife to make sure The Avenues was our new home. On both occasions, I was assisted by an extremely polite, kind, and patient man. When doing any business in this area, look for Jacob. He provided all the information clearly, discussed the details of the property, and made us feel very comfortable while looking at the apartment! He was incredibly patient, courteous, and took the time to explain every detail to us. He truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect townhouse.
