  I ultimately broke my lease early here largely due to ongoing cleanliness issues that were never properly addressed. Fire alarms also went off falsely in the middle of the night on multiple occasions, which was disruptive and concerning given how often it happened. The apartment was not properly cleaned before my move-in — it smelled strongly of marijuana, and I had to request that it be ventilated before I could move in comfortably. The move-out and account closeout process was also frustrating — administrative record-keeping felt inconsistent throughout my lease, with conflicting information and communication across staff. I frequently had to ask for documents to be quality checked before I could rely on them, and getting my final account resolved took much more back-and-forth than it should have. Overall, both the day-to-day living conditions and administrative side felt disorganized. Wouldn't recommend without going in with eyes open.

  I have lived here for 6 months. No complaints. Clean property. Management is awesome. Amenities are worth it. I love the location and neighborhood. And the most important thing is I feel SAFE!

  Great experience living here! Staff members are very professional, kind, and organized. Felt very at home in San Marco and would recommend living here. A hidden gem!

  Great location, walkable to historic San Marco and SouthBank, Riverwalk, and bridges. Secure parking garage and safe environment.

  Good place to live. Safe and convenient. Price is in range of the other places around. Nice pool and courtyard. A lot of young people and pets.
