- ACAmanda CarverApr 28, 20261.0One star is grateful to them. Jill is nice but not honest. Parking is shit, and at least im sure more than building 7 is highly infested woth roaches. The office did nothing when I told them the refrigerator was highly infested, and that's where they were mostly coming from other than the walls behind the refrigerator. I had a toilet clogged. They overflowed, thankfully, I know how to stop the water when he got there.All he did was spray it with the minimalist so called disinfecting spray. Left a fan and never showed back up untill a 2 months when we were to move. All he did was pick up the fan. My upstairs neighbors were louder than I ever delt with and they didnt care. I hate to hate on thouse in need for section 8 but 90% of them make the stereotype. Also over $1600 a month for a roach infested, No parking, And annoyance from neighbors was not worth it. To add the cherry on top.When it comes to garbage, the dempsters over full.If you decide to take it yourself, valet trash is a joke.They hardly show up so raccoons.Will tear open your trash bags and tear up the place. And the gate never works. This place isn't worth it

Tenants are routinely nickel-and-dimed, and concerns go unanswered. The overall experience reflects a disregard for basic tenant service and transparency. Save yourself the frustration and choose a property that is actually managed with integrity.
