  Rebecca Johnson becoming community manager is the best thing to happen at Ravella! She has gone above and beyond since she has arrived. The amenities, apartments, & resident events are ecstatic.

  Moving in was a smooth and pleasant experience. The community is welcoming, and the apartment felt like home right away. We really appreciate Mikayla for being responsive, professional, and helpful during the entire process!

  We lived in this building since 2018, and unfortunately our move-out experience completely overshadowed the years we spent here. After moving out, we realized we had accidentally left some expensive clothing in the dryer. Instead of contacting us, management threw the items away and then charged us for the removal. What was most disappointing was the response we received when we tried to resolve the issue. We were told that because we had signed move-out paperwork, they had no obligation to reach out before disposing of our belongings. After being long-term residents, we expected more care, communication, and basic courtesy. Very frustrating and disappointing way to end what had otherwise been a long tenancy.

  Never had an experience as positive with anyone anywhere I have ever lived as I have with Keith from maintenance. Even if I were to experience any issues with bugs, noisy neighbors, or anything else (which I don’t, probably thanks to Keith) Keith would make living here better. He is the absolute best.

  Ashley at Ravella Apartments in the Town Center was absolutely amazing throughout the leasing process. She was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Ashley took the time to answer all of our questions, provided excellent customer service, and truly made us feel valued and at home. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for a great leasing experience, I highly recommend asking for Ashley at Ravella Apartments!
