Jeremiah came out fix our AC. It was a tough fix, on an extremely hot day. He took the time to make sure the ac was working before leaving! I'm beyond greatful! He is polite, efficient, effective, and even payed attention to the fact that we're a "no shoes in the house" household. The house is already cooling from being at 84° Im so thankful for his compassion and know how!

Ky’ Mon made what started as a very stressful situation so much easier to navigate. From the beginning, she was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. She kept me updated every step of the way through both emails and phone calls, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about finding the best possible resolution.
She went above and beyond to advocate for me and found a resolution that exceeded my expectations. More than anything, I appreciated her positive attitude, responsiveness, and follow-through. Great customer service is hard to find, and Ky’ Mon truly exemplifies it. Thank you for everything!

This has to be one of the most disappointing and unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with.
We secured a property and paid a deposit nearly two months before it was ready to view. When the time finally came to see the home in person, we were shocked by what we found. The listing photos were clearly outdated and did not accurately represent the property’s current condition.
The home was infested with bugs and cockroaches. The carpets were completely different from those shown in the photos, and we could actually see bugs jumping through them. There were also no photos of the backyard in the listing—and after seeing it, it became obvious why. The condition of the yard was unacceptable.
Because the property was nowhere near move-in ready, we decided not to move forward and respectfully requested a refund of our deposit. We emailed Joshua, the representative who had been assisting us throughout the process, and explained our concerns. According to the company’s own standards, the property did not meet basic move-in-ready expectations.
What happened next was even more frustrating: complete silence. Our emails and phone calls went unanswered. No follow-up, no explanation, no effort to address our concerns. We were essentially ghosted.
Based on our experience, this company seems far more interested in collecting deposits than providing honest representations of their properties or treating prospective tenants fairly. Once questions or concerns were raised, communication stopped entirely.
I would strongly encourage others to do their research and proceed with caution before doing business with this company.

The company itself is not bad. Anytime there is a maintenance issue, they definitely make it priority to fix it. The maintenance workers are also always friendly. HOWEVER, the customer service team is HORRIBLE. They speak to you very nasty and condescending. They hang up in your face. It’s seems like they’re frustrated just being at work. This has happened to me multiple times & a supervisor never reach out when requested. Their homes are beautiful but the few times I have called has been very overwhelming.

I have Been living in my home that I am running from progress residential for a year now as of yesterday Jea came to cut off my water mind you the water, sewer and trash is charged with the rent built with a third party company conservice My rent was paid on time and somehow I’m here in my home with no water going on day two JEA advised me that It has been a miscommunication between them and conserve. I have called progress residential 30 times since yesterday night being that JEA and conservatives are both closed Due to the Weekend and was closed when I got off yesterday night. I have talked to so many reps have been transferring preferred to maintenance here accommodation here and have yet been advised of any accommodations that they can do for me being that I can’t cook in my house or shower and can’t afford a hotel or the constant take out food, I have nowhere else to take a shower and they
are treating my matter as if it is not an emergency or urgent almost like it doesn’t matter. I am Very disappointed with progress residential And regret Renewing my lease!
