Ashif has been my favorite tech and is always extremely helpful with any issue I have. My house was 83 degrees, and I submitted a request last night. He was available to come this morning, but I was home in the afternoon only. He came promptly at the scheduled time and fixed the issue very fast. I am so thankful for his quick help to get my home cooled off!

Their customer service is non-existent. The company charged me a fee/penalty for not having rental insurance. For over a year I was paying the company they sent me to. When I brought it to the companies attention they dismissed me. Finally when the total got to $164.45 I couldn't let it go. I forced a refund to happen but instead of crediting my card that the payment came from they put it towards my next months rent!!! They stole my money, refused to listen to me when I said it was wrong and then instead of any apology or empathy for their mistake they double down on the rudeness. Telling me that I won't get it back to my pocket I have to use it for next month rent. I've never dealt with a company that hates their tenants so much. It was the company's mistake not mine and it's BS the way they treat people. This isn't right. It wasn't my mistake and it's my money not theirs. *** UPDATE*** I received an email regarding my refund that should've come to me and all that they stated was they were investigating. However, it makes no sense because the refund was already processed for the error but the company is holding it instead of refunding it!!! They charged me a fee incorrectly for a year and when they finally believed me they still won't give it to me. They're holding it for themselves until next month!! Making sure it goes to rent as if it's still THEIR MONEY. Make it make sense. *** UPDATE*** I received another EMAIL!!! No one ever wants to talk to their customers anymore. The email said it was resolved but I didn't get my money back!!! How is that a resolution??? Again I was advised that I can use the coupon/credit towards next months rent. When I tried to stop them from taking my money because the charges were incorrect they wouldn't stop. Now when it was proven that it was their mistake the company still won't return/refund my money. The have it held and I can't touch it. What kind of caucasity is that??!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. STAY AWAY I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN. Constant plumbing problems, roof leaks, horrible customer service. Had to get ahold of code enforcement and have them sited before they would ever fix my plumbing. First chance I get to move away I am taking it. They send sub par plumbers out that destroyed my fiber optic cables which I was charged for. You will encounter hidden fees throughout your time here totaling more than $100 a month. They will also raise your rent by hundreds of dollars if you want to move out at the end of your lease your last 3 months will be so much you would have to forfeit the lease, so they can keep you trapped in contract. Took them 4 months to fix my plumbing. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. If you have a dead tree that is about to fall on your house during hurricane season, good luck if you have a fireplace that requires cleaning or construction also good luck if you have air conditioning issues due to doors not being properly sealed, and then contractors are hired and they burst your main water pipe and it floods the entirety of your primary bathroom and bedroom, good luck. You can 100% guarantee to hardly be taken care of by Progress Residential. Over the last two unfortunate years that we have had to deal with this company. It has been nothing but a headache from the time we tried to schedule a tour of properties to current. At this point, we are concerned for our health and safety due to severe water damage and possible mold being experienced in our home and cannot get in touch with anyone. If you are trying to have people reach out to you to assist with home management and care Progress Residential will send a contractor after contractor after contractor to look at damages just to provide quotes and nothing else comes from the contractors. Eventually, you will have to reach out to your city of residence to handle any health concerns due to the possible physical concerns due to potential weather damage such as dead trees, or any other concerns to enforce Progress Residential to professionally and properly handle said issue. You are better off to quite literally looking any place else other than working with Progress Residential at any point…. best of luck.

AJ meet every need a person would want from their maintenance person. He was very professional, thorough and sympathetic to the issues i have been having with my home. All of this AND he fixed the problem with the refrigerator (and quickly). It has been making a horrible very loud noise and also, the door handle wouldn't stay on and now... it's like new. I don't even think it's making a low humming sound AND I can use the handle again. So, thank you to AJ. I wish you and your family many many years of much happiness. You eased the stress of this ordeal of the house headaches that I'm going through. I appreciate it. God bless.
