  My experience with PMI was great! Exactly what I would hope for from potential property managers. They were super helpful and clear with communications and very understanding to my circumstance. I primarily communicated with Andrea, and she was the best. All my opinions were based off speaking with her. I’ve dealt with “bad” rental companies before, but PMI does not fall under this category. I would recommend them to any new or experienced renters looking for a quality company to manage their living experience.

  We applied for a rental, submitted all required documents, and paid the fees upfront. After that, communication became minimal and responses were slow and often generic. We were told that feedback from previous rental agencies was pending. However, when we contacted those agencies directly, they indicated they had not received any inquiries. This raises serious concerns about how the application process is being handled. For weeks, we received little to no meaningful updates — only that the application was “under review.” After about 30 days, we were informed that the property had already been rented during that time. Based on this experience, the process felt highly unprofessional, poorly managed, and lacking transparency. I would strongly recommend being cautious before applying, clarifying all timelines in advance, and not assuming that your application is actively being processed. P.S I hope that before submitting an application to your company, other people will take the time to read the reviews on Google Maps. P.P.S My review has been removed multiple times. Be careful, and don't blindly trust overly positive reviews. It looks like fake 5-star reviews are being used to hide the real negative reviews........... P.P.P.S It was 100% your company. Otherwise, I wouldn’t keep writing this review over and over again.

  I have had an excellent experience with PMI River City managing my properties. They have been professional, reliable, and consistently stay on top of everything, giving me peace of mind knowing my properties are being well taken care of. I especially want to recognize Debra for her outstanding service. She is extremely responsive, attentive, and always keeps me updated on how my property is doing. She is quick to address any questions or concerns and does a great job communicating every step of the way. I highly recommend PMI River City for property management. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to their clients truly stand out. Thank you to Debra and the entire team for doing such an excellent job!

  This group is excellently concerned, with a lot of patience in the face of different adversities, I would choose it once again to seek rents. Highlight Miss Andrea, thank you for being there and clarifying all my doubts, understanding and patient as well, I recommend it.
