  I've lived at this apartment complex for about three months now. I have lived in about six different complexes in this area and by far this is the best regarding the facility as well as the staff. First things first, maintenance and the office staff are amazing. Any concern I've had has been addressed receptively and promptly. Joy and Buffy are both professional, kind, and very welcoming. They always wave hi and acknowledge you even if you are just walking by. They are both very helpful any time I have gone in there- thank you Joy and Buffy! Kaitlin is also very professional and welcoming as well. I can't say enough kind things about the staff here- with living at all the different complexes I have, the staff here are on another level. Secondly, maintenance is also amazing (which also hasn't been my experience at other places). I'm out very often throughout the days with my dogs walking and I constantly see the property being maintained by maintenance inside and outside. I've only needed two maintenance orders filled thus far and they were done within the same day. All the guys are friendly in passing and knowledgeable in what they're doing. The complex itself is very large but well maintained and very up to date. It's very secure where you need a key fob to access the building after the front lobby has left which isn't the case everywhere so it's nice to feel safe where I live. I honestly don't have any complaints other than it's a bit frustrating to have to park for parking. I pay roughly $70/month for my parking spot on the first floor. It was the only one available and it's very hard to find a spot on the first floor for obvious reasons of not having to go through the whole garage to get to your spot. My apartment is on the bottom floor so I'm willing to pay it but it does seem a bit odd that I pay quite a bit in rent for here and then have to pay to park my car here. Guests are welcomed here but they too, have to pay for parking which I'm not a fan of either. The lot out front gets packed very quickly so I've had to have friends park across the street in the little shopping plaza and walk over because they didn't want to pay for parking- as they shouldn't. I am completely happy here and it's honestly due to not only the location of where the complex is but really because of the staff and how the building is cared for here.   I met Buffy on a Saturday, the last day that I had to find an apartment. She let me do the application here in the office and she helped me through the entire process. I was leaving on Tuesday, 3 days to go back to California. I needed to get an apartment that day and she was so helpful. We got it all done and now I've been here a couple of months and Buffy has always been so attentive to help me with whatever I need. I truly appreciate all that Buffy has done to help me. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. It is very well located, the property is always well kept up. It's a great place to live, and I owe it all to Buffy! Thank you!

  Genuinely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve lived in about 5 different complexes and this does not compare to anything else. I lived here for about a year and a half and cannot say enough good. It’s always clean, everyone is friendly, maintenance is incredible, they care about your unit (replacing your air filter and actual consistent pest control). Incredible!! Cried leaving this place and I only left because of a job promotion out of state. As someone who has toured every apartment in Jax, this is THE spot to be.
