- JDJack DeshiskyJun 28, 20265.0Just a quick shout out to Joy n Tim. Had a small A/C issue. I fixed it but saw Tim in the Hallway. Told him the issue and he said I would like to check it anyway. I said sure. Next thing I know Joy called to see if Tim can come and check out. This isn’t just a team doing there job. It’s a team that strives on Customer Service and true satisfaction of helping .
- JJJazzJun 22, 20265.0Whenever there is a maintenance issue, from air filters to alarm battery change or any concern I have with a fixture issue, I can always count on Tim! When he comes to help, he gives the best service and is friendly! He's diligent and also makes sure to educate me so I'm aware of what happend with any issues I have. Thanks for having a great asset on the team to help with maintenance issues! Im grateful for Tim and the entire Pinnacle staff!

They were pleasant and patient with all my questions. Pinnacle is a great place to live. Convenient to JTB, I-295 and the Town Center area. It's convenient to many places. This will be my third year at Pinnacle. The property is well maintained and any issues are promptly addressed and resolved. They also host a variety of resident activities meet and get to know your neighbors. JH
