  The great thing about this place… fitness classes with the fitness trainer - Jace. She is awesome. She is always willing to help someone understand the gym equipment and her kickboxing, yoga and weight class are great! Thanks Jace!

  I've been a resident of the avenues for so many years and I can't say enough good things about Mr. Victor. He's been through everything with us. And always willing to fix and help us. From a broken refrigerator, to multiples overflowing on a bathroom sink that resulted in a new pipe. Thank you for making the difficult times lighter. Also to the maintenance team in general, our family appreciate each one of you, the responses for every single emergency situation we had were always handled accordingly. Thank you 🌺

  The Avenues was the first place I lived when I relocated to Florida. The numerous amenities and countless floor plans made the choice an easy one. One thing I was not anticipating was the welcoming and encouraging free gym sessions hosted by the gym trainer Jace M. She truly has a heart of gold and has curated a wonderful environment of empowerment and friendship❤️

  The selling point was the fitness trainer! No extra charge! Jace is the best part of the Avenues... She holds classes twice a week for adults and twice a week for the kids. She is very well versed and has been doing this for years. I thoroughly enjoy her knowledge, energy and dedication. Thank you Jace!!
