  At Park Avenue, sometimes it's challenging getting maintenance done immediately, but it gets done. The maintenance manager, Joan, runs a tight ship, is organized, and is always helpful in answering questions. Our top maintenance man is Aldo - he's always helpful, reliable, timely, resourceful, and goes the extra mile to make sure our maintenance requests are done to our satisfaction. It's important to build a relationship with the people that keep Park Avenue running.

  Aldo assisted with installing a new door lock/keypad today 8/24 and service was completed and great as always with Aldo. Great conversation and nice to be around!

  The assistant manager, Monica, is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. Whenever I have questions about my rent charges, she takes the time to sit down with me and break everything down so I can fully understand it. She is also very helpful when it comes to maintenance she makes sure my work orders are submitted and follows up to ensure that maintenance takes care of everything in a timely manner. I really appreciate her patience, professionalism, and willingness to always help. She is definitely an asset to the community!

Aldo, one of the technicians who regularly takes care of Park Avenue, has been recognized as Maintenance Technician of the Year for Northeast Florida from apartment association — a great achievement that reflects his dedication, knowledge, and commitment to residents and the property. Park Avenue has the amenities, the team, and the people working behind the scenes to make it one of the best communities in Jacksonville.
