  Literally love living in this complex. My family and I have been here since two months after they opened in 2024, and it has been awesome. Ms. Tammy in the office is the absolute BEST! She's truly a gem. Over the past two years she has remained consistent, kind, helpful, and is my absolute favorite person to see and interact with. Ms. Tammy makes everyone feel comfortable & at home here, she even takes the time to get to know each resident by name while also learning the other household members names and personalities, which makes you feel seen and understood when dealing with her. The rest of the staff here is awesome as well, and I have no complaints so far. We also have monthly events, and every Friday there's a food truck of some sort out front for us to have a tasty treat if we'd like! My family and I are at peace here at NOVO Westlake. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, come check this place out!

  Huge shoutout to Da'Shanae Chatman at Novo Westlake! She is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. From answering questions to taking care of details around the property, she always goes above and beyond to make living here a fantastic experience. If you're stopping by the front office, you're in great hands with Da'Shanae!

  Dashanae has been the best throughout my lease process. If you are looking for a leasing agent, ask for Dashanae! She is so kind, incredibly helpful, and works fast to get you everything you need.

  I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The leasing process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A huge thank you to DaShanae for providing such spectacular customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and made sure all of my questions were answered throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and confident in my decision. Thanks to her, I was able to sign my lease and move into my new apartment with ease.   The leasing agent Nae is so welcoming and spent time going over everything with me and showing me the benefits of living here. I have looked at a lot of apartments lately, but no one has been this helpful, or informed as Nae has. I would suggest if your looking at this place to go in and ask for Nae.
