  Looking for a new apartment? I highly recommend applying here and asking for Dashanae!!!!! I had a GREAT experience with Novo/Da’Shanae! She was very professional, worked quickly, and kept everything organized. From the beginning, I felt like I was in good hands. She was also very kind, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. ✨🩷

  I dont even want to give it a one star, I am extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. We pay a lot of money to live here, and it is a completely unsafe and chaotic environment. I have a baby, and just recently i had a ratchet grandma and couple WITH A BABY TOO coming to my door, telling me to control her and got all in my face trying to fight even though she’s just a one-year-old. And its very annoying still having to see them and you know whay the office does , keeps issuing me noise complaints, even though I’ve explained I can’t control every sound. Even the neighbors on the first floor say they can hear every tiny noise from upstairs, even a cat walking. This is an apartment—if they wanted silence, they should have bought a house. On top of that, its veryyyyy ratchet here you will hear music blasting at 4am. It never feels safe Also when I call about the AC, they rarely respond. After calling three times, they finally answer and they said someone will come, but no one ever showed up. This is completely unreliable, unfair, and I strongly discourage anyone from moving here. I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE!

  highly recommend Nae at the Novo Westlake to anyone looking for an apartment . Mrs Nae who knows their stuff and goes above and beyond. Their attention to detail and strong communication made a huge difference, and you can tell she really care about the residents and there hasn’t been a time when I didn’t bring an issue to her that she didn’t give me a solution to the problem. She’s very hands on and very personal and the professionalism clearly shows .
