My maintenance technician, Travis, did an excellent job! He was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciate the great work and his attention to detail.

Please DO NOT rent here, if I could give them a negative 5 star I would!!! The property manager is never to be found, and she have zero answers for any issues. I used to love this place but now I am counting down my days to leave this place. I do not feel welcomed anymore and a new team needs to be put in that office ASAP. How are you going to have someone who is rude, gossip about the residents, inconsiderate, conveniently never in the office, and full of excuses to run a property. This is just my first step before I file for a lawsuit.

Literally love living in this complex. My family and I have been here since two months after they opened in 2024, and it has been awesome. Ms. Tammy in the office is the absolute BEST! She's truly a gem. Over the past two years she has remained consistent, kind, helpful, and is my absolute favorite person to see and interact with. Ms. Tammy makes everyone feel comfortable & at home here, she even takes the time to get to know each resident by name while also learning the other household members names and personalities, which makes you feel seen and understood when dealing with her. The rest of the staff here is awesome as well, and I have no complaints so far. We also have monthly events, and every Friday there's a food truck of some sort out front for us to have a tasty treat if we'd like! My family and I are at peace here at NOVO Westlake. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, come check this place out!
