  MOLD IN CEILING DUE TO POOR A/C INSULATION Moved into home in 2025. Shortly after move-in we had a leak. We were assured after several repairs that it was fixed. They tore down drywall, aired it out, etc. Several months later... And the SAME LEAK is back. This time there is now visible mold in our ceiling on our a/c ducts. If this isn't a safety concern then idk what is. We're going to have to take proper actions if this isn't taken care of.

  Five months later and I’m still going back and forth over my yard that was addressed during my walk-through. Builder says HOA. HOA says builder. Meanwhile, nothing has been fixed. Just patchy grass and mud. Accountability shouldn’t be this hard.
