  The apartments are very beautiful, spacious and modern on the inside. I am in love with the shower in my bathroom. My favorite spot is the gym with some of the most up to date fitness equipment.

  My parents have been living here, and what was supposed to be a dream has turned into a nightmare. This has become a very hostile living environment. There is constant excessive noise and loud disturbances at all hours, including late at night and early in the morning. We have countless recordings clearly showing how bad the situation is. My mother has had to wake up in the middle of the night because of the noise, and she now suffers from constant headaches. My parents are elderly, and this situation has seriously affected their well-being. Despite multiple complaints and clear evidence, management ignores us. They don’t respond, they don’t follow up, and they do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. We have tried everything, and nothing changes. No one should have to live like this. I truly would not wish this experience on anyone.

  Listen… I loveee the apartments, I’m applying today…but Brianna is THAT girl! I came in right before closing and she still took her time with me like I was her only tour. So sweet, so genuine, and made me feel like a friend instantly. I already told her she’s stuck with me when I move in 😂 10/10 experience, Momentum Blanding has an amazing team! Honestly I have looked around at so many places & Brianna alone was enough to get me to apply ! Can’t wait to move in!!

  I recently toured the community on Saturday with Mya,, and she was absolutely amazing! She took her time explaining everything in detail and truly showed that she cares about both the residents and the community. During the tour, we viewed two apartments and spent a good amount of time walking the property. Mya made sure to highlight all of the amenities and answered every question thoroughly. One thing that really stood out to me was her attention to detail—she even picked up trash she saw on the ground, which showed how much pride she takes in her work and the community. Although I ultimately chose another apartment complex in the area due to their current specials and pricing, Momentum and Mya left a very strong impression on me. I was extremely satisfied with my tour, and this community ranked very high on my list. Mya is truly a great leasing consultant, and I would highly recommend touring with hershe definitely made it hard to say no.
