  Didn’t get an apt here, the girls working there suck. And now they are trying to charge me 100$ for nothing?? Yall a so dumb for that. DO NOT GO HERE! They suck and don’t even look good

  Moved in a week ago Mya was our lease agent I loved her sadly she’s leaving momentum Blanding but she was patient with our situation. The apartment is beautiful only issue was when we moved in we were told the apartment was professionally cleaned but we found black gunk under our sink and a light was out in the guest restroom. To add we had a couple of huge spider incidents on day 1 and 2 but honestly with no one ever living in our unit before move in and everything was brand new I won’t fault them they looked like the spiders that like wood after we did our own deep clean we didn’t have much of that issue again. Also this is supposed to be a gated community the gates are all broken the advertising online says gated so I’m not happy about that either we wanted a little bit more security.Another problem is my upstairs neighbors have no regard or care for the peace of others below them their kids wake my infant up in the night every night because they are running and jumping and dropping stuff over and over again for hours they need to start charging people for disturbances cause I’ve ask them multiple times to stop with the loud noise at 8,9,10pm at night it’s ridiculous. Other than that the property is cleannnnn!! Pool and business center are my favorite part the pool gives resort vibes with all the palm trees.

  My wife and I visited momentum and started our application process around June 16th. It is July 21st, and for starters the absence of a clear status on if we are approved or not is completely unacceptable. If we did not be proactive, go up to the location multiple times, and email we most likely would not of known anything going throughout this process. We paid the administrative and application fees, processed expeditiously of course. Yet we couldn’t get any common courtesy of applying the duties of the job. Simple communication. I’ll give them credit in trying to give us different options when we were facing complications during the application process. I just want to be filled in on how we can get things done and to be shown the respect as any other interested potential member that’s trying to find a place to call home.

  I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. When I say horrible communication I mean horrible! My application was with them for an entire month and each time I had to call them to get an update on the application. I would be told that they would call me the next day or would receive an email but I wouldn’t receive anything. This is honestly very sad and disappointing to have gone through an experience like this I will make sure to tell people and anyone that I come into contact with to stay far away from this place! I would never want anyone to be treated or go through the experience of what we went through with them. In the end only to find out by me calling in once again that we were denied because of credit, even though we added a co-signer. Then was asked if we wanted to proceed with the co-signer deposit. It is very disheartening to know that if I never called in we would’ve never known about the denial. I will be making sure to file a complaint against them as well as pass this information over to the attorneys I work for.

  Brianna was nothing short of AMAZING during the leasing process...She was extremely knowledgeable, and handled my daughter and I with care from beginning to end. Even after moving in she's done everything in her power to ensure things go smoothly for my daughter and I. My nightmare begin shortly after getting settled into my unit during the first week of March. I experienced a spider(huge spiders/ bug infestation that was brushed off even after being bitten by a spider..Other residences have overheard them referring to me as the "Bug lady" and stating all I do is call to complain". Which is totally unprofessional to say the least. I've spoken with two reps from the corporate office, and they both did nothing but make excuses for the actions and behavior of Cheyenne and Mya. Management is more concerned with the image and upkeep of the grounds on the property rather than the residences and properly addressing and resolving their concerns efficiency..I wouldn't consider it being poorly managed it simply isn't being managed at all. The most recent issue was a residence shaved their dog in the hall of my building....I have tracked dog hair into my unit....The dog hair is everywhere in my unit and was even found in my bed. Imagine being allergic to dogs, and having a daughter that has a severe allergy to dogs...The dogs do their business all up and down the stairs and the sidewalks etc. See below Preventive Maintenance- Preventive maintenance in an apartment community is a proactive strategy where management performs routine inspections, servicing, and minor upgrades on building systems before a breakdown occurs. Its primary goal is to catch small issues early, avoiding major emergencies, saving money, and ensuring resident safety. The following items pertain to preventative maintenance protocols that have been neglected or not addressed in a timely manner by management: 1). An ongoing spider infestation within my previous unit. 2). Regular treatment of the property, including the building, grounds, and units, for spiders and other pests. 3). Communication to residents regarding issues related to animals and associated concerns. 4). Routine pressure washing of the property to maintain cleanliness and reduce pest issues, assuming animals are permitted. 5). Regular inspections of building entryways and staircases for spiders, webs, and other pests. 6). The gate access to the community has been open to all for nearly two weeks, which compromises resident safety—this was one of the reasons I chose this community. 7). Proper resident management of animals to prevent issues such as contact with pet hair or other related concerns. 8). Ensuring maintenance staff do not solely handle cleaning up after pet waste; residents should be responsible for such tasks. 9). Prompt response to legitimate resident concerns without unnecessary delays. 10). Deliberately dismissing residents’ concerns under the assumption that they will simply resolve themselves. 11). (Repeat items 1-10) Move In At Your Own Risk ***I Only Added A Single Star Because It Wouldn't Allow Me To Post Without Selecting At Least 1..But They Don't Deserve A Single Star On My Behalf**** ***Update To Review*** 7/12/26 It surprises me that, in today’s environment, there are still individuals who encourage, condone, and support inappropriate behavior. Prior to my recent negative review on Friday, the previous review was posted two weeks ago. It seems coincidental that, shortly after my review, they gathered their circle of family and friends to post six to seven fraudulent reviews. Please note that I have extensive documentation—including emails, photos, and videos—that thoroughly support all of my previous statements. ****2nd Update** 7/12/26 at 7:23pm 2 of the 6 individuals went in and edited the fraudulent reviews, I'm sure based on the instructions they were given by the two I mentioned above. I'm definitely taking notes to ensure the Regional office is FULLY aware.
