  I only lived here for a year they are horrible APARTMENTS do NOT. live out here !! My neighbors just recently moved out and broke her lease because somebody shot at their apartment and they painted over it like nothing happened, the whole office is so unprofessional they have MOLD LITERALLY MOLDDD. growing every where on the walls vents cabinets etc .. everybody in the house is getting sick from it . The property manger proceeded to not do nothing about it the property manger referred that to not being “ mold “ and she know what mold actually looks like we are receiving different messages with different “unpaid balances” we “ had to pay “ we offered if we renewed our lease can we move into another unit she told us No

  Pues todo el proceso ha sido bien fácil, antes de mudarme completamente puse un pedido que que faltaba algo en mi apartamento y lo hicieron el mismo día. Hasta ahora bien contenta con mi elección de mudarme para acá. Recomendado. Las chicas en la oficina siempre están dispuestos a ayudar.

  You are literally holding my friends deposit when 1.) She doesn't rent from you 2.) The office is so disorganized that they haven't been able to provide ANY information in 2 weeks, now you are telling her to request it from corporate? That's not how business is ran, you do not know take a deposit when you clearly have no apartment lined up for her, no answers on a move in date or ANYTHING. If this is how you do business with future tenants I'd HATE to see how you treat the current ones. So you spent her money order basically if you don't have it to give back?
