  I want to recognize Cindy and Jenn for the amazing work they do in our community. They are always professional, kind, attentive, and willing to help residents with a positive attitude. Cindy is incredibly hardworking and truly cares about keeping the community clean, organized, and running smoothly. Her dedication and effort do not go unnoticed. Jenn is also wonderful to work with. She is friendly, responsive, and always makes residents feel heard and valued. Both of them make a big difference in our community, and we are very grateful for everything they do every day

  I am currently looking around and inquired about this apartment community, and I really have to give a huge shoutout to the awesome leasing rep. who helped me, Michelle. She was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely so kind and sweet. She was patient, was able to answer every question I had, and made me feel completely comfortable without ever being pushy. The apartments themselves seem decent, but what truly made the experience stand out was the level of customer service, and the interaction just left me impressed. I had to come leave a review because I felt she deserved recognition and she is definitely an asset to the office!

  We've been living here going into our fifth year and absolutely love this place. Cindy and her staff are amazing! She has been nothing short of a blessing and has met all of our expectations and beyond. In fact, everyone of the staff members here at Mirage on Kernan are super friendly and always willing to help in any way that they can. That's really rare to find nowadays.

  Absolutely terrible experience with this apartment complex and ASAP Towing. They keep authorizing people’s cars to get towed with little to no warning, even when the vehicles have insurance and valid registration. I’m literally a resident here, and instead of communicating with tenants, they just let the towing company come take vehicles like it’s nothing. Waking up and finding your car gone with no notice is beyond frustrating. This place seriously needs better management and better treatment toward the people actually paying to live here.

  Move in Date: 05/01/2026. Of course when we do the tour of the place, a month in advance, there were no roaches. Come move in day, 4 live roaches (German roaches too) were found on the walls and cieling. I go to management on move in day and tell them. They said they can’t do anything until pest control comes on Tuesday. That they treated the apartment twice before and recently last week but skipped one week because workers were in the apartment. Now on Tuesday, they’re going to treat the apartment again, and inspect to see if we have an infestation. Which, is crystal clear, that we do. Day one passes, day 2 is here and we found 10 more crawling on the table and kitchen countertops and boxes. If only these nasty insects came out during our tour. We would never have moved here. I even asked them if they had a roach problem and they said they didn’t have a roach problem and that the second floor would be better because there would less likely be an infestation since it’s higher elevation. So they lied about not having a roach problem too. Wow.
