  We put in a maintenance request a month and a half ago and have yet to even see the maintenance people, the wifi is slow and costs 95 a month and you cannot opt out or get a different provider, our wifi has been down for 3 days straight and the maintenance people have yet to fix it which is impacting my ability to do schoolwork, they charge you for the gate that doesn’t work, website is glitchy and rent is too much for what we’re getting. The rooms are alright, the paint on the doors is peeling, roaches everywhere when we first moved in but the bug guy’s stuff is effective and we’ve seen far fewer in the recent weeks. Property is pretty and the pool is nice, the people are fine and it’s safe enough for little kids to run around playing together. It’s really just the maintenance people that are the problem, but it’s a big problem.

  I have called twice about a leak in the ceiling. The only thing done was maintenance came and took a picture and left. No communication about the issue, still no solution, still dripping through the ceiling. Also had a problem with an apartment above us who allow their dog to go out on deck and pee. Just had a reoccurrence yesterday. The pee comes down through and rains down on us. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!!! Still no solution.

  I love how quickly maintenance always responds to my request, I never have to wait more than 24 hours after a request. They work so hard and are always busy around the complex.

  Renard is the most excellent and astounding maintenance personnel. He listens to the problem and gets it taken care of promptly. He is very comfortable and delightful to talk to! He's never condescending and HE SPEAKS ENGLISH, which is all but unheard of these days! Thank you Renard for making it so much more enjoyable to live here!
