- JFJ FJul 10, 20265.0I worked with Lisa from Mark Spain, from the Jacksonville, FL office. She did a great job in finding the right buyer for the right price for all in a very difficult market. During all the phases, she was reachable anytime to be sure we keep the timing good for the buyer as for the seller. I recommend highly her support if you have to deal either buying/selling a home.

I’m a new stay at home mom, have two dogs, and am juggling all of the responsibilities of that while my husband is at work. Jessica came by on a Saturday and spent three hours with us going over all of our options, answered all of our questions, and did not make us feel rushed or pressured to do anything. Jessica stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process and is extremely personable. We felt so confident with Jessica and having her go to bat for us with any speed bumps that were in the way! It only took one month from the time we met with Jessica until we closed. I really wish we would have done this sooner!!! She really is the best in the business and I can’t wait to work with her again!!
