  Me and my family had the most horrible experience living here for about two weeks. The first day we discovered they did not change the carpet and had us move in a week after the previous tenants that had multiple dogs. The carpet reaked of urine and was finally replaced after we had to store our furniture outside on the porch and unfortunately was wet by rain and sprinklers also accumulated roaches for two days. Within the first three days we had issues with the upstairs neighbors. They allowed their three boys under the age of 10 run around the unit from 7am until sometimes 11pm. It was a complete nightmare so we had gone to complain to the office. We had 7 complaints in one week. We demanded that we have our money back and move elsewhere because I'm in a high risk pregnancy with twins and did not find any rest in that unit. We had given this community over $3500 to move in and they refused to compromise with us. After the second week we gave the our notice and moved. We took pictures of the unit when we moved in so we would be charged for damages which is another reason we moved. That unit was not properly cleaned and the smell was unbearable. Im absolutely glad we left even though we left thousands of dollars behind. RUN DON'T LIVE HERE!! Pictures attached. I hate I have to leave at least one star. They deserve nothing if not negative. 🤮

  It’s cool, nice place I haven’t had any problems being here but I was racially profiled while at the pool. Some lady attempted to call me out for recording her kids at the public pool but I was literally just on my phone, I’m a 17 year old teenager I have no reason to be recording other kids.

  It’s a peaceful, family-friendly place that is very well cared for and organized. Maintenance is excellent and always quick. The pool is better than many hotel resorts. The manager Jacira is extremely attentive and always ready to help, which made a big difference. Without a doubt, it’s a very pleasant and comfortable place to live. Highly recommend!

  Great apartment area and aesthetic. But fees are ridiculous and manager Jancita doesn’t care! Money hungry
