  There are truly no words to express how grateful I am to Integrated Home Solutions. Cath, the representative that was assigned to me, helped save my mother's home from foreclosure during one of the most stressful and emotional times our family has ever faced. What felt impossible became possible because of her dedication, compassion, and hard work. Cath was an absolute blessing. She never once ignored a call or text, no matter how many questions I had. She stayed in constant communication, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I understood the entire process from beginning to end. She treated us with kindness, patience, genuine care, and always encouraged me when she could tell that I was feeling defeated, and that meant more than I can ever put into words. Because of Cath and the entire team at Integrated Home Solutions, my mother still has her home. They didn't just help us through a financial crisis—they gave our family hope when we needed it most.   My experience with these guys was good. I had a rough start getting everything they needed because I didn’t know where to go, I was just told, "We need this, this and that." I just needed alittle more information about where or who you can get the documents from. Other than that they helped me alot more than what I would've been able to do by mysel and I appreciate it alot.

  They have been absolutely amazing. I had already went through a bankruptcy lawyer and got nowhere with the reinstatement of my mortgage for almost 5yrs took them a month and every question I had all I had to do was send a text and someone on the team got back with me within a few hours .

  Not very impressed. These companies spam you to death saying they can help and when you finally break down and try one you get let down. I had an appointment set for July 8th at 3:30 p.m and never heard from anyone. Was receiving texts reminded me of the appointment up until 10 minutes before the schedule time and never received a call. I tried calling and texting and leaving a voice message with no response even tried there chat on the website and no response. Seams like these companies love to get your hopes up but then do nothing to help. I'm just curious how they have all these five star reviews. I'm already stressed out and this type of crap doesn't help. OK it's now July 10th had another appointment scheduled for 1:30 p.m. and same thing. Got a text reminding me of the appointment to be ready to take the call and again no call was received. Beyond ridiculous. Thanks for adding extra stress i do not need. These companies talk a big game but when it comes down to it they are just full of bs. This is the 4th different company I have tried to get help from and they have all let me down. Not one of them have got back to me. The only response I have received is one regarding my first review. Now it's July 13th and still haven't heard anything back. The only response that I have received is to this review. And apparently that response didn't go anywhere to help me out. They contacted me and said they could help and apparently they can not help with my situation. I checked them out before contacting them and they had all five star reviews apparently that's a bunch of bull because they definitely have not been getting back with me.
