The maintenance was very professional. He's very nice and understand takes time to listen to you. And I appreciate that very much. I've been living out here at Heron walk for the longest. And he's the only maintenance person have ever took the time to listen to me and I really appreciate that that mean a lot to me I think he's one of the best guys y'all ever had on this property so nice I wish they had more people like him. He don't rush, he take his time.

The door is opening and closing perfectly. Also unlocking and locking the door works great. Thanks

Heidi and her team made it a smooth transition when we moved in! The staff is so friendly and helpful and really made it feel like home! Mr. Galib took care of the move in items that I needed taken care of immediately, including one that I forgot to put on my intake sheet. He even went out of his way to take my trash when I was not feeling well!
