  Dead roaches, only been here a month and the very first night I slept on a pallet on the floor and had a German roach crawl on my face. Next day I checked under the cabinets and there are dead roaches everywhere. I informed them and they send some pest guy every Friday and I have to let the guy in every single Friday which is one of my off days. Also there are dead roaches crushed in my front door. Wish I would have seen that before moving in. Um also the washer and dryers are about 5 dollars to do a load of laundry and good luck they get dried. I ended up spending about 10 bucks trying to dry my clothes and it never happened. Every Friday night at about 3 am I hear someone shooting a gun and it keeps me up. Seems normal because no cops ever come. Kids leave trash everywhere and no one picks it up. I have candy and chip bags right in front of my door that no one will pick up. Even had a can in the bush in front of my place for a week or two and a can of beer sitting out in the grass. Huge holes where the water line for my sinks ran, they atleast fixed that and my doors deadbolt gets stuck so much I have to fight the door for about 5 to 10 min just to get into my house sometimes. The only good thing I can say about this place are the people in the office are really sweet and I get it. This is their job but man I have never lived somewhere I regretted more and so gross.

  My daughter and I had been for weeks visiting and viewing apartments and homes and when we came to Heron Walk! It was such a pleasure and Susana the Leasing Consultant went above and beyond she was Great with assisting us with all of our needs, the walk through of the apartments and the difference in price and answering any questions that we had which was not many because she told us everything and more about the difference in units and prices, the neighborhood, amenities and everything they offer their tenants! She offered us a bottle of water because it was very hot and humid that day and then the Manager came in and he was even more delightful and Welcoming! We decided on renting with them and move in soon! Heidi has been Great with communicating with us via email. The entire journey has been an Excellent one! Thank you to everyone who helped us in anyway!

  Lived there for 6 years had rat in my apartment which left feces within the first year all they did was patch up holes and lay down traps stayed due to convenience roaches the mold is so bad my ac leaked twice had the carpet wet made the mold worse finally moved they kept my deposit to clean the carpet which is all good it was my first apartment, my overall experience was the worst.

  I had a wonderful move-in experience. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and well-organized. Susana was especially amazing. She showed me the apartment, clearly explained all the paperwork, and made sure I had everything I needed. She was very responsive through email and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the entire process so much less stressful. Moving is so overwhelming especially moving from state to state but her professionalism, kindness, and support really made a huge difference! I truly appreciate the great customer service and would recommend anyone to this community based on my experience so far. Thank you Susana!

  Heidi was on top of things right from the start. She helped me get into stable reliable housing within days of our family moving to the area . Fast easy process if you have all your documentation you need . The place is very child friendly and has a lot of resources. I think I’ll be staying a while. Any questions and maintenance they are RIGHT on top of . Great place to live .
