  My wife and I just relocated from Miami Beach to Jacksonville. Apartment hunting from a remote location can be difficult, but not with Heron Walk. Our Leasing Consultant, Heidi Covin, went out of her way to ease our transition. She was professional, attentive, and caring throughout the entire process, from selecting an apartment to signing our lease. We've been living at Heron Walk for one week now and we're loving it. The tree-lined community is picturesque and well maintained. Our apartment is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff is friendly, competent, and eager to help. In addition, Heron Walk is conveniently located to everything. This is home.

  There is mold in my front bathroom and instead of correcting the problem they spray painted over it that's sad i pay all this money for rent never late and cause no problem and they spray paint over the mold instead of treating it my tub has chipped paint on but it's OK I took pictures its sad they only care about money and the cheap way to fix things on the property I loved it here when I first got here but over time it has been a disappointment that everything matters to these business instead people well being

  The move-in has been great. Heidi, Maisha, Susana, and Rosa all helped out. Also, shout out to Julio for answering the maintenance calls so fast! Great team!

  The property team Ladie's were AmaZingly Helpful, Curtious & Respectful. The only problem we experienced was, Our A/C wasn't working on our move in date. So we had to wait to start moving in. However Maintenance Department had it Fixed by the next day. So evidently they Rock it out too! That's why 5 Star's. They truly are a Great Team of people working together & making "Heron Walk" Resident's Comfortable in there life's there. Thank you Kindly, Tina Broughton. ( Heron Walk resident )
